Hey guys, happy new year!

I hope you guys are enjoying your pumping routine these days and are ready to commit yourself for a year of AMAZING gains!

I`ve been doing pumping/jelqing just as avocet8 excellently advices in his 101 pumping thread for some time now. This have given me some good gains(mostly base), but I`m getting a little tired of the jelqing I have to admit. Yeah, I know, it`s not supposed to be fun all the time:-)

Anyway, most guys seem to be doing the pump/jelq combo but has anyone had success with other routines and girth exercises in addition to their pumping? I`m very curious about adding Horse440 Squeeses and perhaps Uli`s as well. Do you have any suggestions or experiences?

I like flaccid stretches as a starter after warm-up, in all directions, for length. A couple minutes of that.

Also have had good results from Uli squeezes. Started with modified ones - not too much pressure or too erect. After I got “conditioned” well to PE I did them at maybe 90 percent erect, still not too strenuous.

Horse 440s did me in, though. As I have said before, this is the only PE exercise I ever did that gave me discoloration. That took a real long time to fade, like two years. And I thought I was enough along to handle them.

I also hang and do manual girth exercises in addition to pumping, without much success though. I gained 1/4” in EL and 1/4” in girth over last 5 months.

I also do erect clamping to augment my pumping and jelqing routines.

I would call that tremendous success! I’d kill for those gains in 5 months or even a year..

Yeah, I am slowly beginning to realize that PE is not a walk in the park - it’s hard f*ing work, years, not weeks or even months.

I am cementing my gains now and ready to get some more.
