Hi!

I have been doing some pumping for about 3 months now. Although I havent seen much permanent gains yet (atleast not when erected), I still like the feeling of hugeness that you get after a pumping session. (my normal girth at the thinnest place is about 5 inches, but I can get it up to almost 6,5 after a good session)

Anyhow, after a pumping session (I pump on medium pressure for about 30min up to 1,5 hrs, with a few breaks ofc), the part right under the head of the penis gets filled up with some kind of fluid, making it look like a huge “sack”. I am circumcised, and the sack appears right around where I got the scar. Its soft to the touch, doesnt hurt, and it usually subsides during the day, and is often completely gone within 24 hrs. Still, I would like to ask you guys if this is normal and if it is dangerous in any way?

It’s normal, and usually means you may be over doing things. It’s called edema and it’s just a watery fluid build up.

It sounds like you’re pumping for a very long time ( an hour and a half?). If you’re just getting into pumping you shouldn’t spend so much time in the pump. Not sure what pressure you’re using, but keep the pressure under 5 inches of mercury then gradually increase time in the tube, as comfort allows.

I am not circumcised and I think it is even easier for me to get this “donut” effect ;)

Normally, I won’t say it is “dangerous” — just uncomfortable, but since you are having it everyday, that could be another story. Perhaps you should consider reducing both pressure and duration.

I usually limit my routine to no more than 15 minutes at 4 inHg

Our thundersplace slang for that is called a “donut”. It usually means that you overdid it on the vacuum level.

You may have over done it but it’s nothing serious. The donut goes away with time but can diminish even faster with a cold compress, massage,or light wrapping. Start with a slow soft massage using only your palms and then slowly move your hands faster like starting a fire with a stick from tip to base. If you are going to attempt wrapping I suggest you do not use anything sticky. Instead try a tape that only sticks to itself like tennis racket grip tape or bondage tape cut down. You dont want to wrap tight at all just enough to press the skin down a little and only for 20min tops. Hope this helped.

I know that I will get into trouble for saying this, but, I do not personally believe permanent gains can be obtained from pumping alone. Pumping is for temporary “huger than your normal size” sizes, but not really for permanent gains. Any gains are said to be “in tube gains”, therefore not like real gains outside of the tube. You are going to be sorely disappointed in the long term if you are expecting permanent gains from pumping. If you want a temporary size boost right now, pumping is it! If you’re seeking to get permanent gains, you’d be much better off doing the various exercises like jelking, clamping, hanging, etc.

I have very good results by simply taping over my circumcised area with light tension. This controls the excessive fluid build up I would normally get there.

mch; you won’t get into trouble, but there will be many pumpers on here who will disagree with your statement regarding permanent gains. I started pumping a long time ago and have easily maintained my gains over those years; that’s permanent enough for me.
