Guys, I want your opinion on this subject…

I think my erections are a bit weaker than they used to be some weeks ago. Now, what I really don’t know is the reason behind this fact. I’ve been pumping 60 minutes per day (three 20 minute sets), and I can only get a full erection watching some porn. The point is, I’ve never been one to watch this sort of things, so I thing I might be getting tired of it. Maybe it’s not having the same effect on me, maybe I need a porn detox. My doubt is about my weaker erections cause. Is it that I don’t find the porn exciting anymore? I also think I’m having a bit of a problem there when having sex. Should I reduce my sets to my original 3x 12 minutes?

Just to make it clear, I’ve been pumping at 4-5 hg. I’ve never properly kegeled (at least consistently enough to be called a PE exercise to me).

I’m still searching for an alternative to the heatpad, because I really want to use heat while in the tube, but I just can’t find that bloody thing here in Portugal. Can you, at least, translate it to portuguese?! :D

If you’re pumping every day, perhaps you should consider taking a day or two off from time to time. It sounds like you may be overdoing it. You may also want to reduce your sets from 3x20 to 3x15, which would still be more than your old 3x12 routine. From 3x12 to 3x20 is a significant increase. It could be that 3x20 is more than you should be doing right now.

I’m pumping 5 days a week, and you must be right, I increased the time of my sets very fast, from 3x12 to 30x20… I think I will rest today and re-start tomorrow with my 12x3 until the end of the month and see how it goes.

For how long do you usually pump?

My personal conviction is that you are WAY overdoing it.

I would not be able to get it up either with such a routine.

Don`t forget that often LESS IS MORE.

When did you start experiencing weaker erections? From the near beginning or just recently? Perhaps that could indicate to when you started doing too much.

It should not be neccessary to keep increasing the workload week by week endlessly.

Personally I think it would be better, although less convenient, to do several short sets 10-12 minutes each instead of 20 minutes.

Btw, have you gotten any results in length or girth?

I started experiencing weaker erections in the last month. Well, I still can get it up, and I still can get a strong erection, but I feel it is a bit different… Maybe I shouldn’t have gone from 3 sets of 12 minutes to 3 sets of 20 in such a short time. Anyway, I think I also need to stop watching porn, that’s just not me. I can’t get excited with that crap anymore, I never got that much of an excitement through that, but on my teen days of course. The thing is, should I keep totally erect while in the tube? Would it be ok to pump while reading a book or something?

Well, my gains from pumping (since June) are:

+0.3 BPEL
+0.2 EG

Well, I’d like to keep this growing rate of 0.3 in 4 months, that would mean I’d be 7 inches in a year from now, which is, in fact, my goal. Well, not in a year, of course… my goal is to get there someday!

My pumping sessions are usually 20 minutes long, and I release the vacuum for 30 seconds every five minutes during the session.

I’m not always totally erect while in the tube, or, for that matter, going into the tube.

Guys, I’d just like to let you know that, after 2 days off pumping, I’m feeling way much better. In fact, it’s strange, but I feel like I’m bigger through the day, and I feel like I have a lot more erections. My morning wood is there, so I think it can only be a good thing, right?

When I resume my training, I think I will go for a lighter routine. Well, I think I’ve said this way too many times, but the truth is that you learn with your own mistakes. Once again, I’m learning! Thank you for all your support!

Try decreasing the intensity of your workout, and also kegel. Kegels are the best thing for erection quality.

Well, I’m completely ASTONISHED… I just grabbed my ruler, measured my penis (my first measurement this month), and I had the nice surprise of +0.2 BPEL / +0.1 EG. Can you guys believe this?!?! Maybe I just needed some rest to recover and to let my unit grow!

So, as you can read from my PE stats, I’m now 6.2 BPEL and 4.8 EG.

Yes, you’re right! The thing is, I’ve stopped PE for 3 days, and I just felt that something was a bit different! My erections are stronger, my penis seems fuller all through the day… it’s something I really wasn’t expecting! Well, I can’t tell you that I’ve grown +0.2 in 3 days, but I’m pretty sure that me penis wasn’t like this 2 weeks ago!

Thanks for your advices, once again, Lamp! I will go for a lighter routine, and pray to keep my gains rate.

We`re so afraid to take a few days off to recover and rest because we are afraid we will loose what we gained, even though the few days off might be exactly what we need to gain!
