I’m kind of reluctant to Jelq, it just seems risky perhaps for the long term and want to achieve permanent results from Pumping alone if possible.

Who here has had permanent results from pumping alone?

Salvatore 1975, what do you think is so risky about jelqing? If I’m not mistaken, you have been around long enough to know that jelqing is the cornerstone of a good girth/length combo routine. Permanent gains from pumping come slowly and are usually minimal at best although there are exceptions to the majority such as Avocet 8. In order to maximize gains and keep them coming you MUST combine a good solid manual routine with your pump routine otherwise at least 90% of your gains from pumping alone are only going to be temporary.

Take a look at Gandolf’s video of jelking. Do it that way and you can’t go wrong. Lots of lube is important.

I have never had the slightest damage from jelks and it is, imo, one of the best exercises for length and girth that you can use between pump sessions. Just build up on them slowly. Start with 30 or 50, see how you feel. Add about 10 more strokes each PE session. You’ll be up to 100 in no time, then 300, then? up to you and your dick.

I also like flaccid stretches, all directions, right after the warm wrap and before a pump session. This loosens up the tissues, the ligs and prepares you for jelking to follow.

I would say that the serious injuries in PE have mostly come from overzealous pumping rather than from jelqing. You can do much more damage with a pump if you’re not careful. I’ve jelqed for long periods of time (6+ months) and have seen no adverse effects what so ever.

And I agree that a goo manual routine is necessary as a complement to your pumping. Otherwise, gains will be really slow.
