want head expansion only

I am looking to expand only the head during pumping. I’m quite happy with my shaft girth; I’ve actually exceeded my goal.

I’m thinking of applying wrapping to the shaft, or maybe wearing condoms, with the head cut off. That way, when I pump, only the head will expand.

Thoughts, anyone?
