Yeah, I think I saw that but I think it was to convert it from positive pressure (for making bubbles in the water) to negative pressure (suction in the cylinder). I believe I read in the owners manual that the valve supplied to use before the cylinder is calibrated so as to allow complete release of vacuum from 3” Hg to zero for when any discomfort is felt. The supplied pump is pre-calibrated at a maximum vacuum of 3” Hg and the valve before the cylinder is to be able to continuously vary that down to zero.
Did you go for the largest size cylinder?

Their sizing is determined by their size calculator so I think so. In girth I did

From 17.27 they must have rounded it off. I tried to figure it out but I can only guess it could be 2 1/8 i.d. or 2 1/4 o.d. standard size pipe because 17.27 does not equate to any even value. The only way to know is to measure it when you get it.

Received cylinder Monday the 20th, so international shipping to the US takes 1-2 weeks.

I m still forming an impression of it… I can’t see it doing much for girth but it’s an extender of sorts as it says on the website seems like it works for a upward bend but it could be my girth distorting the outer cylinder and causing it to curve.

The outer cylinder is an
accordion kinda plastic that compresses towards the base as vaccum is applied.

I’m imagining this would work well with pulse pumping like with a program on a dp4000, that is purely a hypothesis at this time, would require a long lasting latex safe lube for longevity of the cylinder I’ll try pjur bodyglide cause that is what I have … If anyone has a better recommendation feel free to suggest

It’s plastic? What kind? They describe it as super flexible. It is supposed to be soft enough to conceal inside your pants so you can expand during the day. How do you find that?

I find it to be a piece of shit, that will collapse if you use heat and try going to 5hg

I don’t think the intended purpose was to exceed 3” Hg because you are supposed to leave it on all day and all night at 3Hg for gentle continuous expansion. Are you with me?

Can you take a hi res pic of it zoomed in (macro) with a digital camera? How flexible is the outer cylinder? Is it a silicone composite of some sort?

With your current stats this product is irrelevant for you. I did use it at 3hg without heat and like I said the outer cylinder is accordion style plastic

My apologies to your sensitivities
I wasn’t attacking maybe a bit rude, saying it was irrelevant I was implying that we had already established sizing of this product wouldn’t really allow for expansion if someone was over 6 girth.

I thought my description was clear enough to be understandable of an accordion kinda corrugated plastic and felt badgered with questions that seem to be rather self explanatory.

Regardless of the fact that 6”+ girth is not accommodated he obviously expresses a serious interest in the product. His reasoning is private and thusly how relevant the product is to his ends we don’t know nor should we pass judgement. His stats are not part of the discussion, as are no one else’s.
