Vacuum Pumping 101

I am interested in pumping and would like some advice about the best pump on the market. I would like an electric one..
My current measurements are 7.75 inches erect length , and 6.5 inches erect girth.
I am hoping to get up to over 7 inches in girth.and would love to get up over 8 inches in length.

I understand minutes and session of pumpings every day but I didn’t understood the right pressure wich will be competely safe and increasy penis health instead of injure it?
Second Jelqing has to be done right after the pump session is it right?
But for how long we would have to jelq?
And every time we finish pumping session we must jelq?
Another important things how many minutes has to pass from a first pumping session and second pumping session the same day?
And is better to have our routine in the morning or before going to sleep.

I’m essentially wondering about this as well. Specifically, when you say you get to “5-8 minute sessions”, sessions plural, let’s just say you were going to do 3 sessions 6 minutes each, are those all done consecutively with a few minutes rest in between, or some in the morning some at night?

My guess is that the sets described were done in one single session with jelqing between the sets.

Sorry if this question has already been answered in this thread but I wanted to know how soon can I start pumping. I’m not done with the newbie routine yet, so does that mean I need to wait? Maybe toughen up my unit a bit or can I get right to it?

I started pumping before there was a Newbie routine. Just be sure you get into pumping gradually, following the Pumping 101 suggestions.

I´m a newbie here and I´d really appreciate your opinion on those extenders out there in the market such as size genetics. Has anyone used those? Are they safe? I hope a mod can see this and discuss that.

I’ve read through about 12 pages of this thread now, and found nothing regarding “pulse pumping” where you pump up to high pressure 5-6hg for about a min, rest at 0 for ten secs, then rinse and repeat. Anyone had any personal experience or knowledge with pulse pumping they could share? From some at pegym I’ve heard it can be more effective than consistent pumping.

Pulse pumping is better than “static” pumping in that it allows the in flow and out flow to occur multiple times during your session. Same theory that multiple masturbations are good for the health of your penis. It is especially good for improving EQ and ED. One reason one would want to spend additional money for a programmable electric pump is that it can be programmed to automatically pulse pump your penis. I have read the same recommendation for pulse pumping on an ED forum.

Does anyone know if this product is good and worth the money?

My base girth is around 5.4” ish inches so I believe I am in the upper limit on the “selecting your cylinder size”. My plan is to work girth. So I think a 2” cylinder would fit me well. It also comes with a free additional 2.25” cylinder, so once I pack that I can move up.

I have pumped before using the BM with little success.

I was curious to know, if there is a program like the frequency of sessions and time as originally posted for the amount of pressure used.

Could you start off on the pumping 101 routine at 3hg of pressure from week 1 to 7. The repeat the course starting from week 1 again to week 7 at 4hg of pressure. Repeat again using 5hgs of pressure.

Does this sound like an alright idea for one to achieve more pressure slowly over a longer period of time?

I’m about 5.4 MSEG and slightly smaller at the base and I use a 2.0” diameter pump.
