Hi all

I’m a little confused about pump tube cylinders. Why is it necessary to get a cylinder that isn’t too big? What would be the issue?

So, I am 5” girth - what diameter cylinder should I get?

Also - can anyone recommend a good pump?

is it a good idea to do a warm up (hot wrap) before the pumping?

* After a few months I settled on three 10 minute sessions per day and no pumping on weekends. Now I do only 5 - 8 minute sessions with more squeezes and jelking between them. I saw no difference in size gain as a result of long sessions.

Does that mean instead of Week 4 to Week 7, I should just go 3x 10 min at Week 4? Sorry for the stupid question, I have a hard time understanding English.

I have Velseal tubes, which come with silicone collars. They’re great! Much more comfortable, not to mention a better seal. I may get a couple of these, though, for my old cylinders.

Totally up to you. If you feel you are well-conditioned to pumping, change things around any way you like so long as you maintain moderate pressure. Add some manual stretches; find a comfortable level for those and jelks and squeezes between pump sets. Are you using heat prior to and/or during your pump sets?

Thanks. Well I am using heat but what I do is preheat the tube with an electric heat pad and maintain the heat on the tube throughout my pumping sesion . However, due to time I have not been using heat on my penis prior to my sets. Also I stretch and jelq in the shower in the mornings and pump at night before bed. I just told my wife about all this (had to have a couple drinks first, I have always thought she would freek out) and she is ok with it so I pump in front of her. I haven’t been stretching or anything else at night though. I still feel alittle awkward doing the pumping with her watching. Does the general structure of this program sound ok? I am starting to see some slight gains in length but would love to have a large girth as well.

5 minutes warm up front of an IR 150 watts bulb (front and sides)

5 minutes of simple bc stretch

2 minutes of warm up again

5 minutes of power stretch front of my computer watching the video on repeat

and now pumping with a progressive far beyond i mean in cms 16 16.5 17 17.5 18 cms,i mean every 3 or 4 days i try to go far beyond but very shortly around 5 min max front of the IR lamp.

do you think that is good for consolidate the gains

did i need include milking in my routine,because iam looking for the best technique for lenght even girth is important,i live not far from paris,and if you have you have got somes devices to recommend,could you give me somes equivalents,because a lot are for us citizens.

Ok so I am considering spending £70-100 of my hard earn cash on a pump. I have read through this thread and chosen the make, model and size of cylinder. I am serious about trying to gain both length and girth, so would continue with jelqing and manual stretching.

My question is this. Is a pump a good investment to enhance my PE gain? I don’t fancy hanging and I can pump in secret due to the reasonably short duration required.

I’m not quite sure how to answer your question. The short answer is “yes”, but I’m guessing that you are looking for more than that. If you’ve read through this thread, you have a pretty good idea of what to expect - the benefits, and the risks from overdoing.

The longer answer, I guess, is that buying a pump is a good investment to enhance your PE gain as you describe it (in addition to jelquing and manual stretching) when pursued in a reasonable fashion and on a regular basis.

A little help guys I just started pumping I am 7inches right now the pump is 9 inches and I do my ten minute pumps and I don’t see a gain at all no nothing. The pump was 34.00 seems nice has the feature where you place your finger over the hole to keep air form escaping. Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve never tried pumping before but it seems to create results in most people- I have never had any real results from jelqing although I have decided that I am a less is more kinda guy so is pumping going to be too much for me? Should I alternate pumping and jelqing? The main reason I want to try is because I am going to start taking finasteride for hair loss and although I’m praying I won’t get any of the side effects I want to be prepared and know that pumping is often used to prevent ED. I am trying to read up on everything but because some of these posts are very old I wanted to know if there have been any major discoveries lately? I remember reading a while ago that using it at a lower pressure for a longer time gives good, possibly safer results? I also don’t understand why the dimensions of the pump matter- is it essential that the pump is not too wide? I have been looking and they tend to be around 2.00” and more but I am 4.9” at the base and according to the table I found on here I would be looking to get a 1.75” tube but I don’t understand why I cant jus get a 2.00” one. Also, does it matter how much longer the tube is than my BPEL is?
