How pressure do you guys pump at? InHg/ cmHg ?

Good call. This is definitely the case with me. I pump between 3-4 Hg for 4 5 or so minute sets. Erections in between and at end. Great response so far, wouldn’t dream of going a higher HG, or for much longer either to be honest.

Finally getting into pumping! I’m very excited. I have a couple of questions.

I don’t like jelqing very much, I’ve found that it causes my curve to worsen. I’d like to stick to exercises that work the whole penis at the same time. Would pumping alone condition one enough for exercises like clamping? Or should I also perform Ulis and such in the mean time?

If you pump you would not need to clamp.

I know for a fact that jelqing is bad for my curve, because it wasn’t near as bad before jelqing. And yeah, that guy’s routine has influenced my own routine. I plan to only stretch and pump for a couple months, later adding o-bends depending on how conditioned my dick is. I sincerely hope I would not need to clamp, but I want to gain an entire inch in girth, and I doubt that will be possible with the pump only. Thanks for the reply.

I’m not new to PE, I started in 2001, however I was NOT consistent!! I quit a few times because I over did it. Then I just gave up all together but than I found this site. I tried hanging but didn’t like it, so I turned to pumping. I kept up with it for a while, however I didn’t follow the guideline posted by AVOCET8 and I screwed it up, “grew a donut” so I gave it break then gave it up. BUT now I’m back on it and I’m thrilled..
I started the routine outlined taking it slow as is suggested, I’m on my fourth week and low and behold I’m gaining!!
Started out with 5,1/4” BPEL now I’m at 5,7/8” BPEL my EG is 5 1/4” mid shaft.

By the way the reason I started was because when I was 17 I measured at 7,7/8” BPEL the next time I measured myself I was in my 30’s what a freaking disappointment!! I Had shrunk down to 4 3/4” NBPEL.
I have done a lot of stupid things in my life that shrunk me down to that size! Drugs, alcohol and eating way to much soy products like tofu and soy milk. I thought I was living healthy and to top it off I didn’t have sex for 4 years and the last two of those years I didn’t even masturbate once!!

BUT I’m back in the game getting laid and growing my ultimate goal is to be 9” EL and 8” EG my realistic goal is 8”EL and 7” EG.

I pump than I jelq 100 times that’s all I do for now.

From 7-7/8” to 4-3/4” is a phenomenal loss. Glad you realized that drugs and alcohol are NOT a part of healthy living. Congratulations on your recent gains. Keep at it.

Mrclyde, are you sure the loss of length wasn’t because of a fat pad or slack stomach muscle tone? I can’t see a dick would shrink that much? Are you sure you measured it correctly in the first place?


1st Jun 07: EL: 6.0 inches. BPEL: 6.5 inches

1st Aug 08: 7" with the V-pump!

7"would be heaven, 8"would be great, 9" would be damn fine!

Question to all pumpers: How much Hg do you need to keep your unit at 100%+ (pump usually makes it larger than normal)?

If you insert your unit into the pump at 100% erection, can you still grow over time even if the pressure only keeps it at 80% erection?
I need at least 5Hg to keep it up, but above 6 Hg gives me bad discoloration and doughnut.


Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Me, Dino9x7, Supersizeit - all lost length from college years to today ( 10+ years ). I lost nearly an inch. It comes back quick.

I think lost gains or corrections in eq are responsible for the quick newbie gains.

Once you start PE’ing, a loss from your younger years of nearly 3” will drive you crazy.

What I’m saying though, is that you should get back to that point and even surpass it.

I’m up to 3 sets of 10 min once a day.what type of progression should I take to improve?

Patience, Grasshopper! I hope that you are more patient with your PE than you are with your posting.

Before I can answer, how are your PIs and EQ, and are you currently doing any other PE exercises other than pumping?

I am a little more patient with my PE than my posting, but only a little

My PIs and EQ, are great! I have no fluid build up, redness, bumps, or anything like that. I get wood a lot and it’s that throbbing could chop a tree down type of wood.

The only other thing I do is stretch.either doing erect kegels and other simple strectches.

You really don’t have to do too much more as far as increasing the amount of PE you are doing. I think guys get the wrong impression that they always have to add more. You don’t. You reach an optimum level and then progress is made by just staying consistent and trauma free. You can experiment with 4, 10 minute sets, but you may find that is too much and then you should take it back to 3 sets.

I would only like to know what pressure you are using for your 3, 10 minute sets.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
