hmm, I read the entire thread, and most of it dealt with the intricacies of the device itself, and not so much results as of proper use.

Guess I’ll have to experiment and be patient.

I do PE only three or four times a month. When I stopped completely, I lost about a half inch in L, but no girth loss. When I started up again, even on that moderate schedule, I got the half inch back and am now again what I was when I quit.

Here is my routine I gained about an inch and a half in about 9 months of starting this new routine.

I warm the penis for about 10-20 minutes
I jelqe for 10-20 minutes
I pump with low pressures for 3-5 minutes release and repeat for about 45 minutes - 1 hour or more if I feel like pumping for longer
I warm the penis for about 10-20 minutes

I repeat the routine a second and third time if I feel like doing my workout longer.

I recently heard of a different type of exercise that I do now which involves gripping the penis at the head and locking all the blood in the penis and then you push all the blood toward the head of the penis and hold it for a minute or two and then release your grip and shake the penis around for about 20 seconds and repeat this for 20-30 minutes. I will call this exercise penile chamber enlarger

My routine now is

Penile chamber enlarger 20-30 minutes
I pump with low pressures for 3-5 minutes release and repeat for about 45 minutes - 1 hour or more if I feel like pumping for longer

This is not a routine for newbies and I wish you’d point that out. Small wonder your white cell count is over the hill. You are blowing up a lot of penile capillaries.

Also, you can save yourself a considerable amount of PE time by reducing your warming sets. Any size flaccid cock will heat thoroughly in just a couple minutes. You can always warm up again along the way, between exercises, for a minute or so.

Do you spend your 10-20 minute warming session in the bathtub? Keeping a washcloth warm for that long seems difficult.

Thanks for your low pressure pumping info. I recently started pumping and went up to 10psi (?) for 15 minutes without pain. Things were great for 2 weeks. Then I began experiencing a weak urine stream and difficulty with my erections.

These things may be affected by my age, too (50), but the timing was suspicious.

1) Do you pump for 3-5 minutes and then take a break (if so how long) or do you just release all vacuum and pump back up immediately?

I agree. I stopped and after about 2 weeks things are coming back to normal. I want to keep it that way.

I really wish people didn’t think they had to pump high to see results.

I changed my routine about 9 months ago and have gained about an inch and a half since then.

I started at about 6 inches. I am now at about 7.5 inches.

By doing my routine I came up with by combining pumping and some hand exercises.

I warm up the penis for 10-15 minutes or longer if I feel like it.
I jelq for about 10-15 minutes with lube or longer if I feel like it.
I pump with very low pressures for 3-5 minutes release and repeat for about 45- 1 hour or longer if I feel like it.
I warm up the penis for 10-15 minutes again or longer if I feel like it.
I do another exercise that helps make my penis have more girth. Grip the penis at the base with all the pressure you can stand and lock all the blood in the penis and push all the blood in the penis up toward the head of the penis hold for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes repeat for about 15-20 or longer if I feel like it..

I will repeat the whole workout for 2 -3 or more time depends on how I feel about doing my workout longer.

(1) I pump at about 2-3 hg or 0.982308155 - 1.473462233 PSI or some times as high as 5 hg or 2.455770387 PSI for 3-5 minutes I shake my penis around for about 20-30 seconds while it is in the tube then pump back up again.

I use a coffee maker to keep the water hot. If it gets cool I just run it back through the coffee maker again but as long as it is on the coffee maker hot plate it doesn’t get cool. I could use a hot plate, but the coffee maker gets the water hotter faster and it has a build in thermal thing that only allows the water to get to a certain temperature.
