I got no (zip!) appreciable flaccid gains during the time I was making most of my erect gains. Yes, some flashes in the pan. Post-workout plumpness but then back to normal; gradually it took longer to go back to normal, but it always did. I was a flaccid-PE reject. That was disappointing because one of the reasons I got into PE in the first place was to get “hung.” My glans remained the same size flaccid, although, erect, that gained proportionally to shaft gain.

My friend peforeal told me about the Thera-P wrap technique one day over lunch when I was whining to him about no flaccid gain. I’ve written about that elsewhere here a number of times. I took cock and ball wrapping up about 2 years into PE, after I had most of my erect gain. A year later flaccid size had kicked in and that has gradually continued to increase. I quess because I still wrap; I have no other explanation for the increase because it sure didn’t happen along with erect gains whereas flaccid gain does occur for a lot of members here along with their erect gains.

The 1.5” spurt happened after I added jelking, Ulis, stretching to my routine. Before that I had only pumped. While pumping only, I gained an inch L and some girth.

So when you finally did gain FG (and FL), did the flaccid glans grow at that point?

The glans looks bigger E, but not F.

I haven’t gained much for half a year, but then my PE has been inconsistent. That’s why I’m psyched about my new privacy, so I can work diligently.

I do think a regular routine is important. Odds are that now that you can do PE more regularly, you’ll see a difference.

Don’t be afraid to alter your routine if you find yourself in one of those “stuck” places. Sometimes it works to sort of “surprise” your cock with a new exercise, or a change in the pattern of old ones. Some of this is psychologically based. Further, I do believe strongly in mental imaging while you do your PE: concentrating not on where you are now, rather on where your goal is. You have a half inch in length and 0.6 in girth to get where you would like. That is not that far to go when you think about it. :)

Just had my first session today , it went great and i really enjoyed it . I do have one newbie question , my gouge has two scales , MPa and mmHG , can someone be so kind to point what pressure i should aim ? for a newbie that is . Thank you for your time.

Mine has two scales as well. Go for the lower one, mm HG, and stay below 5 HG in the beginning.

Ok thank you for the help , I will just have a hard time checking the 5 mmhg since the gauge just shows , 100 , 200 and so on.

Sorry. Go by the one labeled “in HG,” 5, 10, 15, etc., not the one that starts at 100.

Happy New Year everyone. I can’t post a new thread but would like to introduce myself to the group here. After deliberating I’ve decided to take the plunge and begin a program. I’ve done stretching and jelq in the past but was sporadic in my discipline so no gains were accomplished. I am determined to stick with it this time and plan on using a pump (hopefully the testimonials I’ve seen here aren’t from people who are manufacturers of the pumps.) My new-found determination stems from being with a woman 10 years my senior (I’m 39) who told me that her ex was approx 9 in. In length. Although our only session together so far was good.I had the ex in the back of my mind the entire time. At 5.75L and 4.75g I knew my work would be cut out for me.so here I am.

I won’t bog down the discussion with repetitive questions which can be answered by reading the other threads.
I’m going to start with pumping, stretches and jelq.with emphasis on pumping to kick start the process. I plan on getting either an LA Pump or Vacutech model and start with a diameter of 1.75.

I would like to acknowledge the effort of everyone who has posted some decent looking info and as a newbie it has helped me further my knowledge and understanding that it’s a process, not a magic trick.

So far as I know, none of the testimonials for the various pumps mentioned here come from either manufacturers, or manufacturers’ reps.

Just for the record, concentrate more on your new relationship with her than on her old one with him. Women don’t guesstimate size well at all. If he was nine inches, I’ll eat my N. Year’s plastic hat. There just aren’t many of those around.

Avocet8 , what i was talking about was the mmHG , here is a picture so you see what i mean , sorry for the blurness . The first mark is 100 , and even a little squeeze on the pump puts it on 50. Is it any chance the grading is wrong? Thank you for your time.
