Vacuum Pumping 101

What do. You recommend a vacuum pump. For beginners non electric. Price range moderate

Hi I’m trying to figure out the sizing of a recommend pump from penisdepot. Com the 130$ straightwall cylinder deal.. It gives options in ID -in diameters- what does that relate to in circumference of the penis? Can you correalte the sizing for me .. Like 5.5 inches circumference is 21/4 ID please help thank you!

Vacuum Cycling vs Steady Pressure

I was going to create a new thread about this but I guess I’m too new..

I remember reading somewhere that you may have better success with a vacuum cycling routine.. In other words.. Pump to X in/HG, release till you get to zero, pump again to X in/HG, release to zero, and repeat until you’ve reached your goal time. Has anyone had success with this over simply pumping to X in/HG and leaving it there? Or is it best to mix it up, like odd days keep it even pressure, even days alternate pressure?

I use both. Longer time steady pressure is safer unless you are an experienced pumper. I’ve mostly preferred steady pressure, but I have found cycling is useful for me for length gains when I’ve plateaued.

Just got this pump a couple days ago and already having problems. Won’t hold pressure even with constant pumping. My seal around penis is fine. I even took pump apart and drew air through gauge it works and holds air. When I place brass handle part against palm of hand and pump it pressurizes but as soon as I let go of handle it releases all pressure. Any thoughts? Would hate to send it back for something simple.

Don’t fancy having one shipped from abroad to have the package opened by Her Majestys Customs (:

Any help would be most welcome

Lovehoney.co.uk

That’s where I got one

Thickwall.co.uk is the place to go for pumping kit in the uk in my opinion.

Lovehoney is great for sex toys but their pumps are toys too.

I’ve been PEing for over a year now and it’s been going nicely. I want to start pumping, so for the past few days I’ve been reading about it online. I’d like to ask some questions since this seems to be a ‘beginner’s pumping’ type of thread.

I read the cylinder measurement thread. I’m 7.75” BPEL, and 5.5” BEG. My main goal is girth. My base is decently thick, but it tapers off quickly to about 5.1” EG and then the remaining length measures 5.2” EG. I’m blaming clamping for this haha. I would like to have a more even girth as well as bigger overall, so I’m guessing that the 10x2” tube meets my requirements.

Second is the pump. I am from western Europe and the nearest company that fabricates specialised pumps and cylinders is Thickwall, which many of you recommend. I’ve been looking at their products and they look very good. The metal pump itself, however, is ridiculously overpriced in my opinion. It seems to be a simple brake bleeder pump, and I can get one of those for 30 euros. They look exactly the same, the only difference is a hard plastic handle vs a metal one. Is it really worth it to get the one on that website, or can I save myself 50 bucks on this purchase?

I think that’s it for now.

A brake bleeder pump is a good solution and much better than anything thickwall offers. It will allow you to pump in water or air. Their cylinders are good but they cloud up over time, you might find a cheaper alternative to be a leluv cylinder on ebay. As far as I can tell, anyone with a leluv cylinder please correct me, the difference is that the thickwall has a one way valve and quick release connector at the top of the cylinder allowing you to disconnect the pump, which can be useful if you are pumping in a shower or bath (which provides heat benefits). If you order a thickwall cylinder and a brake bleeder pump, you will need a male connector to connect to the thickwall quick release valve.

A 10x2 tube makes sense. You have to think of the base girth, as this is where the seal is made. You might find that over time it evens out your girth, because you will be stuffed at the bottom.

Just curious on what would be a good weekly average as the amount of hours one should pump?

Like I know for hanging it was an average amount of hours that one should shoot for to make positive gains, so I was curious if it was the same for pumping?

I heard 8 hours per week from somewhere. I do about 5 hours per week.

“If you aren’t gaining you have to look at what is going on, get your head out of the sand and look at what you are doing. If you dick is a bit plumper after PE but it isn’t at least heading towards sore, you’re masturbating! The game here is PE and PE is about creating controlled trauma".

You really need a good routine that alternates between pumping and jelqing. Just pumping for more time will simply lead to fluid buildup which, though it can look impressive, is useless for PE purposes. The routine at the start of this thread gives a good example but if you are coming out of the pump with fluid buildup you are spending too much time in the pump and if you are experiencing negative PIs then you are probably overdoing a pumping/jelqing routine.

My first 2 thickwalls clouded up but my latest one looks like new after about 2 years.
The reason I think is I’ve kept any oil based lube like vaseline away from my new one.
I also restored one of the cloudy ones by heating it with a heat gun

Agree on the brake bleeder, much cheaper elsewhere

I looked at the Leluv equipment as well. I was inclined to buy from them first, but the shipping takes longer haha. They are much, much cheaper, though. I was looking at something like this:

They sell either 9 or 12” tubes, and I’m convinced that 9” is too small as I am already past 8 inches after a manual workout. Both cylinders allow for quick release, but I don’t know if either can hold a vaccuum when being disconnected. Their prices are awesome, though.. For 100 bucks I can have it delivered to my doorstep, pump and all. At thickwall, for that money all I get is the bare cylinder.

I am not circumcised and started now pumping. How should I do? With the foreskin retracted (with the head of the penis out) or contracted (with the head of the penis covered by foreskin) Help me guys. Uncircumcised give me tips and suggestions.

Good pumping ;)
