I don’t have any fat pad at all, just my bone sticking out with no cushioning and pumps really hurt for me.
That is why I don’t use it very often anymore. I’ll stop for a while but then I’ll go back because I like getting the erections that it causes.
I even enjoy it when they are so hard that they really ache that is a nice feeling pain.
The problem is it takes me a lot of pumping to get it that hard and that makes the cylinder press really hard into my bone making it hurt again. Then I stop. Then I’ll pump again. Next thing I know, it hurts all the time! It takes a long time for the pain to go away. I once stopped for over two months but I noticed the pain again as soon as I started back up.

A couple of months ago I started doing something that some have said can’t be done. I did this based upon information from a pm and from reading this thread at PEGym:

The above individual apparently puts oil in the tube and hangs weights straight down. I use air and cannot get a good enough seal to hang straight down. So I use a pulley system where the pulley hangs from a large hook screwed into a beam on the wall above my desk alcove. I use a heavy-duty nylon rope/line which is connected to the tube (double-looped around the tube) on one end and the weights are connected to an S hook on the other end. This arrangement allows me to sit in my chair and tilt my fat pad so it remains flush to the base of the tube.

Experimenting with different sized tubes I found that the 2.25” size is best for me. With this system I have been hanging up to 30 lbs. It is a little tricky but the bottom half of my shaft expands to the wall of the pump and holds the tube in place.
At higher weights I need to go up to 10 Hg to keep the tube sealed to my minimal fat pad—at least temporarily. After a few minutes of expanding in the tube I can usually reduce the pressure to 7.5 Hg without the tube breaking its seal. At lower weights of 17.5 lbs or less I usually start at 7.5 Hg and then can reduce to 5.0 Hg.

NOTE: Keep in mind that I am conditioned. Hanging with the Bib for three years using weights as high as 37 ½ lbs, and pumping for almost as long has been a learning and conditioning experience. Because of all this, I feel comfortable doing what I am doing. Others should only consider this routine at much lower pressure.

Even with my conditioning, at the higher pressures I usually use a gauze wrap over my glans and then place a plastic cap (from a small spray can) over the wrap and then place a silicone sleeve over everything to hold it all together (kind of like the LG hanger set-up). This helps protect the glans and the upper half of the shaft.

I also use ball rings for both low-hanging balls and to keep too much scrotal skin from filling the tube. Some skin is OK as it helps create the needed seal. When all the planets align, I have a huge dick and low hanging balls—the best of both worlds IMHO.

This is an awesome set-up! The combination of the pump expanding everything and the weights stretching the expanded cells is affording me an immense size. The volume increase mentioned at the beginning of this post is pre-pumping—and only after waiting until the next day. When I come out of the pump I am 7.1” flaccid length and 7” + flaccid girth, depending on where I measure along the shaft. This size slowly dissipates over the coming hours but still is large 24 hours later.

Because there are so many moving parts in all of this I will need to keep doing this for a while in order to determine permanence. But I can’t help thinking that the synergy of pumping and hanging may be a game changer—at least for me. I like a big fat flaccid—and a big fat erection!

I am new to this board and I was reading this post with curiosity.
The guy that uses that method combining vacuum and weights, tells there that girth training was not a problem for him. He stated that length training is harder to achieve and that he used penal rollers for girth training. As I am not an native English speaker I would like to know what this penal rollers are exactly? Can someone point it out, that would be very beneficial.

Hey guys! It’s been a month or two since I last posted and I have still been pumping away in the interim. A few weeks back, I bought two high-quality tubes from LeLuv; a 2” and 2.25”. I ended up fully packing the 2” tube the first time I used it! The feeling and overall expansion was miles away from what I was getting with the thin-walled, novelty sex shop pump I had. I’ve been getting accustomed to these new tubes and had a few questions that I was hoping someone could help me out with.

So, when I pump, I pack the 2” tube within 45 minutes. The base fills up fairly quickly and then just below the head starts packing and the rest eventually fills in. If I try to hop into the 2.25” tube, the base will pack first and then just below the head again. This leaves me with a great swell at the base, but a sizable doughnut just below the head. My question is, is this a matter of heat? Or too long in the tube? Or maybe too much pressure? (I try to stay from 4-6 Hg)

Overall, I’m loving these new tubes but just wish I knew more about the technique instead of trying to “dial it in” as I go. Should I be staying in the tube after I pack the smaller one? If so, for how long? My overall session length tends to be from 1.5 - 2 hours and leaves me HUGE, just wish I had a way to minimize the edema/doughnut effect in order to get a more uniformed unit. Let me know if you guys have any tips.

So, I originally started pumping in 2008-09 and stupidly threw away the pump to start hanging. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been pumping with my LA cylinder.

Being over zealous, I originally ordered the 2.5x12 but found discomfort in my balls being sucked in. I then ordered a 2x10 and love it!!! I’m a bit over 6” in girth erect and pack the 2x10 easily. So much that I could not go in nor out the tube without lube. Even my head squishes against the sides and the only thing left to touch the inside of the tube is the bottom of my glans.

Being that I’m going for length, shall I stick with the 2x10 for a while before moving up to the 2.25 or should I do so now being I’m literally packing 90-95% of the tube? I’m 8” in length.

Get the 2.25”. It is not good to pump for long periods fully packed as you can get blisters on the glans and that sucks big time.

I was thinking again: I’m currently doing 4-6 sets for 10 minutes each at 4-5Hg, all in 1 sitting. Do you foresee this causing blisters? I have no negative reactions to account for at this time and feel no isolated or additional pull around my glans compared to the rest of the shaft.
