Vacuum Pumping 101

I gained almost 3/4 inch in girth from pumping over a three year period. I recently took a two month break from pumping due to an extender injury and did not loose any girth. I also do about twenty minutes a day of manual jelqing and stretching. I can’t say I gained any length from pumping.

Hello boys.. Some questions before starting.

I’m 7, 59 in lenght is good and enought a 9” length cylinder?

How many weeks can you show some gain in length and girth with pump?

And is best pumping and jelking or viceversa?

The last.. For the first times pumping which is the max HG and time? I read vacuum 101 but in the forum there are differents version. Can you help me? Gprent what do you suggest? Thank’s a lot.

I’m 7, 59 in lenght is good and enought a 9” length cylinder? I think a 9” cylinder will work fine.

How many weeks can you show some gain in length and girth with pump? About 3 months of a consistent routine.

And is best pumping and jelking or viceversa? Yes pump/jelq/pump/jelq type of routine works best.

The last.. For the first times pumping which is the max HG and time? Start with 3”hg for 5 minutes and then jelq for 5. Repeat 2 more times. After several days pump at 3”hg for 10 minutes and jelq for 5. Repeat 2 more times. After several days pump at 3”hg for 15 minutes, jelq for 5 and repeat 2 more times.
The you will go to 4”hg for 15 minutes, with the jelq and a total of 3 sets and then you will work your way up to 5”hg for 15 minutes followed by jelq for a total of 3 sets. Then you are an expert and can try your own variations, but I would keep a pressure limit of 5”hg to avoid damage or discoloration.

Yes, and the pressure and time slowly increase.

First of all, I forgot to mention one thing. You have to take rest days. For just starting off, you might want to try pumping for 2 days and then taking 1 day off.

For you first question, there is just no predicting how fast you will see results.

For you 2nd question, since you are starting with low pressure and short time to become properly conditioned and to avoid injury, you may or may not see some expansion from your first couple of sessions. As the pressure goes up and especially the amount of time spent in the tube, the expansion becomes more and more dramatic and the results last longer and longer. Of course, although the pressure play an important role, I strongly believe the most important factor for achieving gains is the amount of time spent in the tube.

I have a question about my pump, this would be my 2nd day of pumping and when I pump the gauge meter shows it 0 hg. I pumped 1-2 full pumps and maybe some smaller ones after that. Does this still mean that I have not pumped it enough to get to 1-3 hg? I’m also being cautious so I didn’t want to pump too much. The pump is from lapdist.com

I’m actually going to start doing just 4 days a week. I like PE, and pumping but I need freedom.


5.3" NBPEL.

BPEL 6.5-6.7" Goal: Anything!

Girth: 5" but getting bigger. ;)

Yes, it takes several rapid pumps to get the pressure up. Don’t worry, it is easy to control.
