Vacuum Extender and Pumping. Anybody?

Has anybody had this type of routine int he past?

or maybe Just hanging and Pumping, without too much dependance on a jelqing routine?

In summer time when I’m mowing or doing something for a long time, I use my extender then pump. Otherwise using the autoextender for an hour then pumping is my normal routine. Jelqing and stretching in between are a constant habit.
