Been PEing for about two years now, I do stretches every day, but alternate JELQ’s with Bathmate pumping due to time concerns. I’m seriously after girth. Think that upgrading my pump situation may be in order. I need something simple, but effective and hopefully compact. There is a lot of conflicting information in the threads and the search function is leaving me non-plussed.

Hoping one of you vets can point me in the right direction. Girth! Must.Get.To.5.5”

Now: BPEL 7-1/8" MSEG 5-1/2" (permanent gains)

If you have time concerns an air pump could be better than a bathmate. You gained quite a lot of girth already (no it’s unlikely to be all EQ) so you are doing something right. I would add some fulcrum stretches and the number of jelqs.

Have you made any girth gains in the last couple of months thanks to this routine?

Have you ever tried to do squeezes?

Like marinera said, your 3/4” of girth is not from eq. Are you still gaining from your bathmate or are you just concerned about its effectiveness ? It seems to me that whatever you have been doing is working.

Like marinera said, an air pump is much easier to use in a pinch with a short time window. The benefit that I saw from switching from bathmate to a standard cylinder and pump is the ability to really dial in your vacuum level and find out exactly what works for you.

I’ve really not moved much in close to a year. I’ve recently really begun paying more attention and being pretty militant about my exercises. I Stretch every morning in the shower, at night I either do 200 jelqs or pump for 30 minutes with the BM. I’ve tried slinky, frankly don’t know how guys do them, I’m 7” and I don’t find enough length to do them. Squeezes verge on the painful. At 48 I still get hard at the drop of a hat, so keeping my erections down is tough while doing PE. I’ve tried jacking off before a session hoping to keep from getting fully hard rarely works.

With women I’m a fucking rockstar - I’ve had women say “damn you need a 17 year old girl”, but for PE this is a problem.

A air pump with a gauge while using constant heat should do the trick. Get the proper size and go in erect.

Instead of doing 200 jelqs, I suggest you have a look at this idea tntjockey - Low repetition Jelq sessions , and also at the tips I gave below this post.
What type of stretches do you do? If you’re still doing directional stretches , I suggest you start looking into tunica stretches (A/V stretches , bundled stretches, golfweight fulcrums).
As Titleist said using heat should be beneficial too.

If later you want to try squeezes, don’t be 100 % erect when you do them, 80-90 % is enough, when it decreases you can add compressor squeezes (horse squeezes etc.).

Other than that, you gained an inch in girth, that’s a hell of a lot!

Id kill for an inch girth. I’d give an inch length for inch girth… 6inch girth would be perfect

This sounds very interesting. I do jelqs between bathmate sessions (cut them in half) and seems to be working good.

And how does one achieve “constant heat” while in a pump?

Wrap a heating pad around it, or use an IR lamp.
