I want to use this too but how do you apply the heat? Taking a heatpad/ricesock with you or just hot showers?
Yeah, that’s the downside. Usually when I clamp I don’t use heat. I wish I had the option of clamping in a hot tub like Titleist. But perhaps a warm bath as a substitute?

It works, all that was needed was a 1/8 - 3/8 connector/adaptor to make the vacuvin and the usual silicone hose fit. It’s powerful and yet easy to reduce the pressure.
