Time to push up the pressure?

Time to push up the pressure?

I have been pumping for quite some time now. Current setup of 2.25inch tube. Invariably will have donut effect within 10 minutes of pumping, even with low pressure of 3-4mmHg. Recently tried with 6mmHg. The same results of fluid build up around minutes mark. Should I hit higher pressure around 7.6mmHg?

If you have negative results, split time in half. You can either do 2 sessions with half time, or throw one away completely. That might be individual, but I get small injuries like red dots quite easily even at 5HG and mid time. At the same time in shorter session I can push even up to 15HG and be fine. So in my experience it’s more about duration of session than pressure. When you find optimal time, you can check different pressure. Usually if you have temporary expansion (not fluid build up), then it would lead to gains after some time. So pick optimal pressure to see expansion without injury.

I’m pretty sure duration you can do depends on how long you pump. After few months of pumping people usually get used to that and adapt. After year or few of pumping people can do even 40-60 minutes session. So you probably can either aim at gains, or getting used for pumping (outer tissue has to adapt to that).

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

What is your warm up routine? Do you heat up your cock prior to pumping? I do about 15 minutes of a rice sock warm up that is quite hot, then jelq for at least 5 minutes, sometimes up to 10 (if it’s really fun and feels good that day!), and then after achieving several hard on’s and plenty of warm up I start pumping. My first time in the tube I usually go between 4 to 6 minutes at 3-3.5hg. Then I jelq for a few minutes to make sure I’m really warmed up good and begin 10 minute cycles in the tube, jelqing between tube time. Sometimes I get up between 12 to 15 minutes but only after I’ve been in the tube for a collective 20-30 minutes. Most of my pump sessions go 40-50 minutes in the tube. I start pumping at 4hg or a little more only after about 15 minutes in the tube. When I push to 5hg too soon I get red spots almost every time. Rarely do I go past 5hg. I hit 7-9hg just to see how big it gets when it’s pushing the pain limit.

Honestly I don’t know what the “safest” pressure is for me. People seem to pump beyond 5hg all the time without much issue. If I did I feel like I’d not be doing so good! Every body is different though. Good luck!

I almost always never warm up due to time constraint, the need to just to get over with it. Probably why the fast fluid build up in the first place. Saw few posts here by guys who managed to stay longer in the tube with continuous warming. Will try to to follow a better warm up routine.

Use a silicon sleeve around your corona/frenulum area, and please, for the sake of my sanity, don’t refer to “vacuum” as “pressure”. You are talking about two completely opposite forces. If low vacuum gives you a donut, why wouldn’t high vacuum be even worse? You need a sleeve or maybe a condom. Your corona area needs a little more support.

I have always found that I can get very good benefits from multiple 30 min sessions at 5HG rather than merely ramping up the pressure and I walk away from the session with a healthier unit.

05/12/2005 : BPEL: 6.1"x EG:5.5" Current as of : 24/12/2011 : BPEL 7.87" x EG: 6.3" Long term Goal 8.5"x 6.4"

+1

For me, I find it is way more beneficial to increase time over pressure. You have to slowly work your way up to these levels, but now I do 40 minute continuous sessions at a max pressure of 5.5”hg. But even then, I don’t start the session at 5.5”hg. I usually start the session at 3-3.3”hg and over the course of 5 minutes slowly increase the pressure up to the final level of 5.5”hg and stay there for the remaining session time.

By using these long session times, you will find your results last way longer and with way more aesthetically pleasing results.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Just for info, the pressures you are using in the 3 to 7.6 range are on the inches of mercury scale, not the mm scale. For instance, 5inhg, that I abbreviate 5”hg, would equate to just about 130 mmhg.

Got to keep those units straight! :)
