Three Stage or Long Johnny Cylinder?

Actually don’t have one. This is the next tube on my wish list, I just thought it would be something you’d like to check out.

I use a 2.75” diameter Kaplan tube, and I gained 1/4” in length using it.

The isolator cylinder does look pretty cool. I am going to look into it.

When I was pumping consistently I pumped everyday. That is to say, one ten minute wet pump in the show every morning. Tube completely full of water with just enough pressure to keep the tube on my dick. I also used a belt from an old robe as a strap to hold the tube up in place.

My actual routine was Sunday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday. Three ten minute sets. I would do 2-stage sessions on Tuesday’s, and Thursday’s in addition to my regular workout. I know that’s Lot, but I worked up to that over a period of two years. I took a few years off and am now getting back in the swing of things, pumping wise, over the past six months or so.

I think xtendeddick is looking for a 2-stage tube. The particular package only has penis cylinders. Did you happen to see an auction with 2-stage tubes?

So basically, your PE consists only of pumping? Do you use the bathmate?

Recently, I have been reading individuals like Titliest and others doing long sessions as low HG for length gains. Have you ever done any long sessions?

Are you sitll doing long pumping sessions at low HG? Have you see any length gains or mainly girth? How long are your sessions? Do you alter the pressure from time to time or ever come out of the cylinder for breaks?

That’s three tubes you could use over the years or resale! Remember ebay rocks for buying pe gear.

Thanks for the information, but I am looking at 2- or 3-stage cylinders right now.

Not exactly. On days of my routine I did 500 jelqs. I also did stretches, but I was never very consistent with them because I always found them to be too awkward.

No, never considered the bathmate.

Only occasionally. I never had that type of patience. I would slowly change pressure from 2hg to 5 hg thru the entire set.

Just a word of caution, the smallest tube (2”x9”) is pretty bad quality.

I just did the newbie routine, I was lucky to experience one good first time gain (most likely EQ related) :)

Its better to buy from the supplier for a little more and quality insurance then to pay slightly less for a product that doesn’t work. (I don’t use EBay :P)

Xtendeddick could get away with doing 400-500 wet jelqs instead of pumping. But I found endless sets of wetjelqs borring and lacked motivation after weeks of doing them at a time where I could have really benefited. With pumping I never got those tender spots from jelqing and really saved my hands from all the wear and tear.

That being said with anyone you can’t rely on just pumping alone, you have to keep things exciting and keep your penis growing by modifying your routine and alternating devices every three or four months.

I totally agree with your statement of your PE routine getting boring if you don’t mix it up and it taking more than one technique to see actual gains. I enjoy pumping, but am also about to purchase a new VacExtender, mine broke, to ADS work. I have made most of my erect length gains via ADS work, in combination with manual stretches (inverted V), O bends, clamping, and jelqing….my routine definitely was a combination of techniques. When actually get on a serious PE routine, it will mainly consist of jelqing, pumping, and ADS work in the beginning. I want to gain about 0.75” to 1.5” more in erect length. My overall long term goal is the have a nice overall package, long, thick, with a nice set of balls as well.

I did not. I have actually decided to focus on length and just continue to use my 1.75” straight cylinder for length gains. I am going to purchase a VacExtender3 and starts ADS training in combination with other PE exercises to attempt once again for length gains.

I main decision to stay away from ball pumping is due to the fact I do not have kids yet and want them. I don’t want to decrease my chances of having kids due to possible decreased sperm production and/or any negative effects of ball pumping. However, when I do decide to do some ball pumping, I would purchase the isolator cylinder. I like how it pulls the balls in one direction and you can control pressure in that cylinder, as well as pulling the penis in another direction (I would assume for length gains) and you can control the pressure in that cylinder.
