I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but I was not sure what to even search for.

Is there any correlation between during pump sizes and potential for gains?

For example, there have been times when I do dynamic pumping where I will increase the pressure above normal range for a very short time and then release the pressure back down to normal range. In doing this, I almost always see the length increase (usually a small amount, between .1” and .25” depending).

Also, post pump, I noticed I am around .25” bigger around, and not squishy (like a fluid build-up). This does include using a cock ring.

Are these, in any way, indicative of potential size increase at that time? Is this showing what is possible?

Just some thoughts I have had recently and wanted to see if anyone has seen that from experience.

I believe so. Basically, how much you can push without injury is like current shell. And how much you can fill there depends on EQ. I assume that, because we have elastic fibres for expansion and whole blood related system which determines size (arteries, muscles, caverns and so on). We can get 3 situations:

1. Person see stable gains. This way both sides develop in pair.

2. Person see expansion, but doesn’t see gains. Current blood supply and muscle side can’t fill or push completely. Either to take rest/focus on EQ, or to let loose shell even more.

3. Person doesn’t see expansion and doesn’t see gains. Then the only way is to focus on elasticity.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Great thread. I’m following the Incremental Pumping Routine and currently doing (10 mins 3hg - 10 mins 4hg - 10 mins 5hg - 2 mins 6hg) and in the cylinder my EL is .9” longer than my normal one and if I have sex with a cockring my girth is .25”.

Just began a decon week yesterday so I’ll see what I get in terms of having gained anything with pumping. Although it’s possible it’s too early.

One thing to consider is cylinder packing. I just read everywhere on TP that you gotta pack your cylinders to get permanent gain. If you bought cylinders that are too large then you will probably get temporary gains only.

I just ordered 2 new cylinders that are narrower so I’m about to find out.

I am 4.875” MSEG without pumping. The tube is have is 1.75”. That ends up being almost 5.5” of girth, so no way I am packing that. But the 1.5” tube is 4.75, so smaller than my current girth. I feel I am stuck with not packing.

I started with a 1.5 inch cylinder which took nine months before I was able to pack it and that was after a 45minute session at 4 hg. Up until that point, I had been doing two twenty minute sessions a day at 5 hg, five or six days a week. I continued this regemin (including the 45 minute sessions at 4 hg once a week). I have recently introduced a 2,25 inch cylinder which is a little too big, but works well after using my 2” cylinder for 30 minutes.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

My 1.75” cylinder should all expansion up to 5.5”. Today my post pump size, with a c-ring on, was just under 5.25. Obviously not sure what it was while in the cylinder. I can measure length, and my length got up to 6.75” BPEL but settled back to 6.5” once out of the pressure.

I’m going to be curious to see if this is achievable size or not over time. My goal is not to be huge, just slightly bigger. 6.75 x 5.25 would be fine with me. The real goal would be 7.5” x 5.25”, maybe even 5.5 girth (depending on how the wife felt with 5.25”). Based on my theory, first length gain will be to get to 6.75”.

I have pumped 4x. And I see no increase. I use a 1.75 cylinder and go in at about 4.8meg. I can’t use a 1.5 cause my width is like 1.65. My depth is less. I can’t seem to pack the cylinder. Maybe it hasn’t been enough times yet.

For length I’ll go in at 6.25 nbp. Like 6.5-6.6 if I press to the point the pump does. And inside under pressure I am like 6.75-6.8. Doesn’t seem like I am expanding good either way.

And I come out soft with my girth about 4.95meg and length like 5.75 nbp. Full erection is like 6.4nbp x 5meg. I don’t feel i am even maxing that out under pressure or after. When I clamp I engorge to 5.15 meg

Maybe I need more time to see any affect. Although the whole next day I am rock hard.

My numbers are all over that’s cause the nerve damage. But I do have photos in my thread to show

I come out soft too. But, I put a c-ring on, and massage with my heating pad until I’m erect again.

Again, the theory is where is your max expansion, and is that any indicator to a size that is possible to reach.

I have this same issue. I don’t really get a temp size increase which is weird because I had a pump years ago that always gave me a huge temp increase. This one however does not and they were both air pumps. The older one was electric tho this one has no guage or anything
