I took a nice long decon break. Decided to start over with all exercises but very mild to see what would be the minimum needed to work.
I also have been trying the exercises that I regularly do together, one at a time. (As in one type per week) To see which exercises have been bruising and discoloring my crank.

Jelqing: Well I think I’m finally doing this right, plus I’m using the power jelqer more so than my hands.Anyways, this is no longer causing red dots or bruising.

Stretching: Ok obviously this isnt going to cause any discoloration.

Clamping: I love this one, best results from here so far. But again, I had to relearn how to do it right. Every so often I might get a red dot.

Pumping: The reason for my despair. I have been doing 3 sets of 15 minutes, starting at 2hg increased every 5 minutes at a half hg increments. So basically I don’t even get to 4 hg, and the end result… . A dick that looks like I beat him with a hammer. WTF!!
I did it again the following weekend, never broke 3 hg. Same thing.
Last weekend I did it (although included clamping this time) and worked up to 4 hg (for only a minute) at half hg increments. Again my dick is battered.
The thing is is my erections and general dick health is great. Erections are stronger than ever, some even better than my cialis erections. But it looks so bad.
Does anybody have some logic to put to this?
I don’t want to stop pumping, because it is obviously helping with some growth. But damn! Come on, why so bruised up and so many red dots.
Even with a week between pump sessions for healing.

I’m not a pumper, but have you ever tryed one week off and one week on. I don’t know, but from what I am experiencing, letting your unit rest seems to be working for me. 3 on and 1 off?

You probably should have started off with 3 sets of 5 minutes instead of 3 sets of 15 minutes and stay at 3”hg or less.

When I got beat up that bad after returning to pumping, it was because my decon break wasn’t long enough for full tissue regrowth. But wasn’t your break around 5 weeks? If so, take off a few days and then return with just 5 minute sets at low pressure. Pay close attention while in the cylinder and stop if you see anything funny going on.

Once you get re-acclimated, you can start increasing set time.

I noticed in the very beginning of my pumping career I would get slight donuts, dots, and alot of negative PI’s you usually dont want. After decreasing my time/pressure and conditioning my member to pumping things started to change. Even now when I exit the pump I have a “bruised” look but after a few wet jelqs it flushes the blood throughout and everything goes back to normal.

I personally believe conditioning is different for all PE exercises. Just because one did the newbie routine for 3-4 straight months doesnt mean hes ready to start out pumping 3-4 sets @ 20 minutes each @ 5hg. You still have to work your way up and condition for that particular exercise whether is pumping, clamping, or hanging.

I do not know how long of a break you took but if it exceeded a month you are starting at a very deconditioned level. Clamps are just not necessary and can cause serious problems if not managed properly. The penis retains blood with very weak pressure at the base and clamps exceed this gradient exponentially. If you are not conditioned and aware of the outcomes you should tread lightly with these tools or a blackened penis is the result.

Are you certain your gauge is accurate? Maybe you should have it calibrated, to make sure that you’re not using higher hg’s than you think. Just a thought. Good luck.

I will try less time and see if that helps. And yes my gauge is accurate, It takes a pump and a half just to get a seal, and about another half a pump to get to 2 hg. And even then it sometimes loses the seal because of the light pressure.

Try hot water pumping, that’s the only way I pump anymore.

I second this..

For me, personally, when I do a good pumping set I am usually quite dark right out of the tube but I clear up within the hour, back to normal-looking.
