Hi guys,

I’m thinking of using a pump but I’m still wondering if the results from pumping are permanent or are they just temporary? If I could get some feedback from some of you pump users on whether or not this method has provided permenent results or not, I guess if your doing pumping along with jelqing and stretching it would be hard to determine if the pumping is giving any positive perement results, but any feedback from users that mainly incorporate just pumping in there routine and have had success with that method your replies are welcomed, thanks!

I’m sure you will get directed to a serious amout of flack for bringing this one up again.

I’m getting a pump also. I got some quick results (that have slowed) from manual clamping so I feel pumping is the way to go.

I expect to gain size as long as I continue striving for it. So in regards to results being permenant, do my muscles stay the same size if I quit going to the gym?

If I can maintain or increase size by doing a PE routine for say 15 or 30 minutes a day, I would call this permenant.

Any clampers that now pump have any comments for me?

Let me put it this way:
If you have made gains doing something else, are they any more “permanent” than pumping is?

You gotta believe, buddy. If you don’t believe, don’t even buy a pump.

There are probably very few pumping purists out there as I think a lot of us combine stretching, jelqing and pumping to maximize results. I usually stretch before pumping and then jelq in between pump sets to promote circulation. The combo definitely works and is permanent.

So if girth is your main goal, the pump is a great way to go, but why not combine methods for best overall results? It’s a good thing.
