Tap size for acrylic connector + how to cut acrylic tubing

Tap size for acrylic connector + how to cut acrylic tubing

Hi All,

I did a search and read through a couple threads,
sorry if I didn’t search hard enough and this info is already around.

I have a 2” acrylic tube, and I’d like to make a cylinder. I was wondering if:

a. anyone had experience cutting a cylinder flush (I was youtubing it but didn’t find a whole lot)

and

b. if anyone happened to know the thread size of the female couplers on the quick release connections?

Thanks!

I can tell you the part number for the female connector is 5012k29 and you can find it at McMaster-Carr. Now I don’t understand pipe sizes and the sizes listed for that part don’t make any sense to me. But I can tell you the OD measurement across the outside diameter of the threads is 3/8". I don’t know the thread size or threads per inch.

But before cutting into your final piece of plastic, I would do some test tap holes to make sure the threads are correct for the female connector.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m not sure what kind of fitting you mean but smallest air fittings use 1/4”-NTP (national pipe thread) it is a tapered thread not a straight thread it doe not measure 1/4”, that is the pipe side ID the outside part of the fitting tapers near the 1/2” mark. Type ‘M’ are the most common quick connects.

My current dimensions: flaccid: 8" x 6.5" erect: 9.5" x 7.125" glans: soft length:1.825" soft diameter 1.65" firm length:2.286" firm diameter:1.90"

Goal: flaccid: 9" x 7" (.1" length .5" girth) erect: 10" x 8" ( .5" length 1" girth) glans: soft length: 2.25" soft diameter: 2" firm length: 2.5" firm diameter: 2.25"

Ultimate goal: flaccid: 10" x 8" erect: 11.5" x 9.75" glans: soft length: 2.5" soft diameter: 2.25" firm length: 4" firm diameter: 3" In other words: A big, fat elephant cock!

The threads have degraded to threads and there is still a size implication, British Standard Pipe (BSP) any one, perhaps British Standard Whitworth (BSW), I see National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT) has already made a show, but its cousin National Pipe Thread Fuel (NPTF) is yet to arrive, metric is sure to rear it’s head, and lets not forget that old German classic Panzergewinde (Pg).
