By the way, I just received my JES Extender in the mail (and I haven’t used it yet), and I couldn’t help but notice you are using a Penimaster. Also, upon reading your routine, I believe my concept of an ideal routine is remarkably similiar to yours, and I am psyched to see evidence (given your glorious evidence!) that I may be on the right track.

Here’s my question: have you ever encountered any difficulties with your PM?

I have to admit, I myself opted for the JES Extender because of concerns about part replacement and craftmenship (I’m intending to use this thing for a good long time). But, the price tag is still killing me, and I’m trying to avoid that feeling of buyer’s remorse.

Any thoughts about the JES Extenders? It’s OK if you totally bash it, cause I need some honest opinions here in case I decide to return it.

It is a great feeling and now that I hit the top —hitting the top again is progressively becoming easier with each session. You will get here too if you stick with it.

I had originally looked over the JES but I wasn’t too pleased about the price but the nice thing about the JES is that you can replace the coil springs with springs of different tensile strengths in addition to changing the length of the rods and this basically makes the JES more versatile than the PM but you have to weigh those options against the price of JES as opposed to the price of a PM. One alternative solution for the PM to have the same option might be to have a Lathe Machinist perform surgery on the rods and create a screw-thread with a cap so that you can exchange spring coils as necessary.

I cannot really speak of the quality issue because I don’t own a JES but I imagine that you would be in better position to do that since the PM is relatively cheap and you could buy one and then compare them and possibly return the JES. I spoke about the JES briefly in this link but its a good way for tracking your gains.

They seem to break easily after some months of use but I found that it still functions with some minor alterations. Other than that You get some soreness on the base and may have to shift it around some to relieve that discomfort every now and then. I wore mine today for 12 hours and only took it off to shower and use the bathroom. You may want to look over the PM threads because many people address these issues in there.

Wow! It now takes me only 15 min to hit the top of the tube! It feels weird knowing that my glans have no where else to go and Im out of room—not to mention that it hurts a little when the meatus is getting compressed by the air valve. The first time I hit the top— it took about 35 min.— I must definitely start looking for a new tube but this is a shopping experience that I will take great pleasure in doing.

Just last night I nearly packed my 8x2.25 tube except for an inch or two below the circ scar. Ahead of the scar, the donut took care of the packing. I almost immediately ordered a new 10x2.25 tube(cockpump.com). Hopefully it’s 2.25” along the entire length or I made a mistake sizing. I think my vacutech tube claimed to be 2”, though it only measured that where it flares and 2.25 inside the cylinder.

I haven’t been pumping much because of the air valve touching my glans. To eliminate the discomfort, I put a piece of latex swim cap over the top of my glans before entering the tube. Yesterday was the first time I tried this and it worked perfectly.

So, have you decided what size you’re going to get?

Supersizeit, sorry it has taken me awhile to respond, but thank you so much for your thoughtful response. In the end, I decided to just go for it, that is to use my JES Extender, not worrying about returning it or comparing it further with PM.

I am now on day four, and its taken me awhile to really get used to it. I have determined that adding padding around the glans area is essential, as I was encountering an incredible amount of pain while disengaging it after several hours (which went away quickly but DAMNNNNN). Also, I can relate to the pain around the base of my penis, but that was nothing compared to the other I just mentioned. Regarding the basal discomfort, my only thought is to take about an hour break after about 6 hour period (assuming shooting for 12 hours or so). Furthermore, I am concerned about circulation to the head of my penis, which I noticed gets a little cold around the 5 hour point. In this regard, I am considering doing PE at least after a long day of stretching in order to ensure my circulation is doing well.

By the way, smiling, I have been amused how I must seem to have a huge jock to some folks I might encounter in public while wearing my extender. I am finding that I really have to be careful to keep my contraption in check.

The tube I packed is 9x2 so a tube thats 10x2.25 would be ideal in width but only one more inch to work with in length.

I will order one that is 11x 2.25. This size pump should get me to my goal size with no problem and leave some room for more growth if I should decide to raise my goals even higher.

As you already know I don’t have a JES but I know what it looks like and that noose thing does not look as comfortable as the PM attachment.

Good circulation is key and I merely touch my glans every 20 minutes or so and check for any numb feeling —a little coldness does not alarm me as long as I still have good sensation in my glans. I wore mine for 10 hours yesterday and although it did take me a few months to work up to that amount of time —now that I am here I can virtually feel my penis growing with each passing day.

I am also at a point where I really don’t give a dam what people think as I wear it in public ( if they notice it)— it does bulge a little but I wear long tee shirts over it to help camouflage it and be as discreet as possible. I have pulled over at the side of the highway in the early morning rush to adjust it and other cars would peer in as they drive by and look at me and probably wonder to themselves— what the hell is the guy doing in there—playing with himself???. :chuckle:

I ordered from the same site. I asked my diameter question by email, and got a quick response. “Charles” responded verifying my order and said they they are not narrower at the base and are 2.25” diameter. I had that question because my Vacutech cylinder is 2” at the base and 2.25” the rest of the way.

If I outgrow the 10x2.25 length-wise, and am still interested in PE, I’ll have to spring for another one. 9” BP is my goal size.

It is VERY cool to come out of the tube with 7” girth, I think you’ll love it!

I actually received my new tube (11x2.25) about 6 weeks ago but I still have not used it. Service was pretty good! No one was there when I called with a question about delivery, so I left them a message. They returned my call on the same day. I received it in about a week from the time I ordered it. The tube was really high quality construction and I was very impressed.

I had about a 4 week break from PE. I Like the fact that the amount of time that it takes me to max my current tube (9x2) is still like 10 min or so. In figure when I can max it in just the first 2 or 3 min—I will begin to use the 11x2.25.

I am looking forward to using the new tube but Im no rush since I am still maintaining my current size with light pumping and ADS work (Penimaster).
