Started pumping with a question

I went and got a pump 2 weeks ago and started going at it. I have started low pressure for 20 mins with 1 break inbetween.

The past few times after a session I’m noticing red spots just like what I get after a ULI session. I can say that when i used to pump I never got these and I was doing some high pressure sessions (didn’t know any better, pumps were fairly new and there wasn’t much info about them).

I’m not getting any major fluid buildup or donut effects, just red spots.

What do ya think?

Try shorter pump sets - 8 minutes at moderate pressure - with manual exercises between and see what happens.
