What do you mean? The difference in inches of mercury vs. PSI? A vacuum gauge that reads in PSI will work fine, though you’ll need to adjust the numbers compared to the more common inches of Hg given here.

1 PSI = 2” Hg, so 5” Hg = 2.5 PSI. Use half the PSI as you would inches Hg.

The pumping tube diameter doesn’t make much difference as long as the tube you’re sucking on is much smaller. Try using a 1/8” inside diameter suction line.

What I meant was it was a pressure gauge not vaccum so Im goiing to try to take it a part like petitfaun recommended.

I did get a chance to try it today but met with dismal failure. Reversing the washer and metal support caused the swing of the centre rod to describe a different arc and the metal support was rubbing against the cylinder and jamming.

I also had another try at the larger home-made pumper but even making the seal against my body didn’t improve things. I think it must be related to the fact that to put the same pressure into a larger container needs more power, so is it logical to assume that making a vacuum in a larger contaianer would need more power?

I’ll leave the experts to argue the pros and cons of that!

I simply noticed that using oral sucking (this is getting disgusting!) through a flex tube for a 1¾” pump caused my dick to swell and eventually the foreskin was all puffed out, Whereas the 2½” tube had far less effect.
