I have had a Bathmate for about six months now, but I very rarely use it because I find that it gets extremely uncomfortable when my “turkey neck” and the chord in my ball sack gets sucked into the tube after a few pumps.

I have tried messing around with different angles and pulling my scrotum down while pumping, but the same thing always happens. Then, while doing random google searches for a solution, I stumbled across this at Pegym. http://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d…html#post240557

I haven’t tried it yet (still looking for the right material), but I believe this could be the solution a lot of people on this site are looking for. Even if one does not experience discomfort while using the Bathmate, this modification looks like it could focus all the vacuum pressure on the penis itself as opposed to a lot of it being spread to the surrounding skin, thus making it more effective at the very least. What do you guys think? Has anyone tried anything similar?

Tried something similar ages ago with my regular cylinder when water pumping, had much better success with using a hair band as

a ball stretcher.

The problem with cutting a hole in something is that if its small enough to stop things getting sucked in at the start of a session by the end of it

if you expand quite a lot it can get uncomfortable .

Like most things though the best thing is to try it yourself.

Thanks for the input, Capernicus1. I have tried using a silicone cock ring as a ball stretcher, but I found that it didn’t do that great of a job and it was uncomfortable. Perhaps it was too tight…I may just give the hair band a try. Did you use one like this?

I’m using a piece of silicon sleeve(about 1.2” length) on my ballsack when BM’ing and is better than not using anything.

Although it is interesting that PE gym idea.

Yes pretty much that kind of hair band just doubled over.

The only other thing that might help would be to keep the base of the BM as dry as you can so it gets a better grip on the skin.

Both my cylinders were two big to start with but you tend to expand fastest at the base so you quite soon kind of grow into them
