If you are going to try the homemade tube, be sure to get sch. 80 pipe, it will usually be gray. The common pipe is sch. 40 and is about 2.5” ID.
Glue a reducer on the end for the tubing size your pump uses, sans the end of the pipe a little and you ate ready to pump.
As far as sex after pumping, I haven’t tried it. Wife doesn’t know I pump.
