Selecting Your Cylinder Size

*If you are at the upper limit and are going for length, select the cylinder diameter straight across in the table. If you are at the upper limit and are going for girth, select the next cylinder size up. Example: Your base girth measures 5.25. If your goal is length, select the 1.75 cylinder. If your goal is girth, select the 2.0 cylinder.

This is what I referring to. GPRENT did us a solid with his table. This combined with what I’ve read from Titleist looks to be a promising endeavor.

I would suggest for those who are looking to start pumping if you know anyone on Thunder that has s similar body type as you who has seen success, it might be worth while to review their efforts. No need to reinvent the wheel people. That doesn’t mean other people’s results wont be beneficial either. Knowing your body type doesn’t only work in body building or weight training.

I’ll checkout some more threads on the topic.

By the way, doing advance searches from a desktop instead of a mobile device is far more superior! I found this subject topic in no time with only a few posts to view from as opposed to hundreds, lol.

Anyway, if I am digesting the information about pumping correctly a wider cylinder is best for girth gains, with a more leaner cylinder is good for length gains. So then, if you want to focus on both at the same time (though might take longer) a good rule of thumb is: length of cylinder should be at minimum 2” longer than your BPEL and the width a minimum of 2” bigger than the circumference of your EG (or 2.25”).

NOT an exact formula but pretty consistent from what I have read from the different posts and from the Vets on Thunder. Pretty Cool information!

Before wasting money on the bathmate etc. Water pumps without a gauge (like I did), you might want to read up on water pumping with a hand pump with gauge. Much safer and probably half the cost.

I bought a bathmate, unfortunately, but later read posts by gprent and others that probably helped me avoid injury. You really can’t tell the stress you’re putting on your unit without a gauge. What I felt with a bathmate was significantly stronger than the safe recommended vacuum of 3-5 mmhg and I would have had no idea of the damage I could have been doing.

Btw, my personal experience with gprent’s chart is that it is right on the money. Buy a 9 inch length and you might not have to buy another cylinder for quite some time (unless you’re really ambitious)

I used to have the Goliath. Now that I am really attentive to cautious PE that involves pumping with a gage I reading to learn more about the differences instead of the hype. I was fortunate to not have sustained any injury in the past. I’d like to keep it that way, lmbo.

Thanks guys. I acquired ThickWall cylinder which suits me very well. Good made, comfortable. I bought a metal pump because my friend’s one was broken. Anyway I got it for 16 EUR, instead of 70 euro at shops where cylinders are being sold.

Slowly pumping at 5-10 mins a day (coming from Bathmate) at 2-4 Hg.

Hello gprent, yet another padawan looking to learn from the master. You mention that cylinder size should be 2-3” longer than BPEL. My BPEL is a bit over 7.75”, and as the only cylinders I’ve found LeLuv offers(U.S.A) is 9” and 12” I’m guessing I should go with the 12”? I don’t mind having to maneuver a larger cylinder, and as long as it doesn’t hinder progress I’d rather purchase the 12” and not have to worry, though I don’t expect to permanently gain 3”. My BEG is a bit over 5.5”, and as I want to gain girth as well as length, I’m curious if you think I should purchase the 2” or 2.25” tube. Thank you for all the help already!

You will end up with a tube too large going with the 2.25, unless you are very close to 6” girth unpumped. Is your mid girth larger than your base?

There are makers that do custom lengths and at your length I ran 10” cylinders. That said, there’s no issue other than convenience if you select 12” as your cylinder length.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Jelqii, go with the 12”X2” cylinder.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have the bathmate x30.
I started using, and had started a newbie thread some time ago. I kept having seal issues, and/or painful pumping sessions.

This really hindered motivation. Additionally, the water aspect of it was not assisting with any level of convenience.

I tried using the pump to do light dry sessions just as an experiment. I found that way more enjoyable, but can’t say it was effective. The x30 with hand ball pump has no guage.

I would like to move over to dry pumping with a gauge instead.

The information in this thread has been extremely useful.

I’m looking for overall gain. In a perfect world I’d be minimum 7.5”L x 6”G. Anything else would just be to keep challenging myself. This means I would need to gain 1-1.5” in length and .75” in girth.

Could someone you PM me some recommendations on the equipment?

-I’m going to be completing the newbie routine before I start dry pumping since I’ve stopped all PE for sometime, but I want purchase this a head of time.

May 2018 6" x 4.75" 3-6mon Goal:

BPEL 7x5 6-12month BPEL 7.5" x 5.25”

No plan on stopping unless I hit 9” x 6”

For guys in Canada looking for a 9x2" cylinder I end up buying mine on Pinkcherry. I paid 35$cad and I got 30% discount + free shipping…so around 25$ 😎 quality seem to be good..I check some sites before I buy it and reviews was positive.

I buy it only for the cylinder and hose, with male connector, wich is less expensive for me compare with Leelove. You can check it there, hope you can save some $$ ✌ Executive Vacuum Pump in Clear | Shop CalExotics Products at PinkCherry

I got the 9x2 cylinder. What would you recommend for keeping a tight seal while in the tube? I use oil that helps and since I fill it while pumping loss of pressure is very minimal but I have to keep pumping to the gauge where I want it during my session.

Any suggestions?

I your pressure loss is very minimal, that is pretty normal and there is not a lot to fix. Have you shaved around the base of your cock, or at least trimmed?

What size should I buy? I am around 6.3” at the base, which is the upper limit for the 2.25” cylinder. I don’t mind a little more girth, but I want length. Do I need to buy the 2.50” cylinder anyway?

(09/2017): 7.3" BPEL x 6.0" MSEG (start)

(09/2021): 7.8" BPEL x 6.9" MSEG

Not quite sure how you are reading the table. For 6.3” girth, the 2.25” cylinder is perfect for you.
