Seal issues

Not even sure if Ive made a thread about this before but:

Correct size cylinder, in fact I wasnt getting a seal so I bought a cylinder one size down - still wont work, and Im using top of the line Vacutech

Thought it might be the lube because at first I could get a seal with vaculube - now still nothing

Tried a silicone seal and it worked but I cannot “pack the tube” since my base girth coming out of the tube will be less than the rest of my girth - if you understand so I didnt get results with it.

What the hell am I doing wrong and how can I fix it? Do I lube the top of the tube?

So frustrated, this is why I cant keep consistent…

Since I have 3 tubes:
1 At 9x2” with no seal
2 At 9x2” with a built in seal
3 At 9x1.75” with no seal

And Ive eliminated a tube or size issue (Im 5” girth and 5.25 BEG). Ive eliminated a lube issue. It has to be either:

a) My technique
b) The hosing
c) The attachment of the hosing to the tube

What can be done about the latter without purchasing new tubing? Can I place lube there? Kinda really really annoyed.

Well, are you erect in the tube or not? This is key.

For some reason I have a hard time getting really hard before going in even with porn. Its a mentak thing - but Im at least 80% erect; many times 100%…but there are people who pump from semi erect and even soft (at least Ive read threads)

You know the only time I got a good seal is with that universal silicon pump seal. It works wonders for seals but I cant expand much further.

It matters if you’re erect or not, because if that’s how you size the tube then that is how it *has* to seal. If you outgrow the tube erect and use it for flaccid pumping later, that’s fine but that’s not the issue at hand.

I personally use the VelSeal by Pumptoys. A superior seal and comfortable. I’m not sure why you aren’t getting a seal and can’t be sure if it is the pump you’re using or not. I don’t have enough hard data.

I own a VelSeal and I see absolutely no difference

As I said, I don’t know exactly how you’re not sealing. Have you not shaved the area? Hair certainly impedes seals. I find the Velseal has given me the fewest issues over the years.

You try some Vaseline around the tube also you can put some around the fittings. Other then that it’s a head scratcher

I even struggle to fit into the 9 x 1.75. The tube is so small I ahve to force myself in and I cant seal…

I use 2 doughnuts. They both have about a 1” opening, but have a spacing of about 1/8” between them. Either doughnut individually leak, but combined, it is leak free.

How about the question on shaving? Have you shaved the base of your penis?

Oh hell no!, but that was my problem which required the double seal.

Shaving around the base solves a lot of sealing problems.

Absolutely ThoughtfulGold is spot on. I normally trim down and almost every time I pump I use either coconut oil at the mouth of the tube provides me with decent suction against my pubic bone.
