Routine Question/Help

Ok, so I’ve been pumping now for a short time (perhaps 3-4 weeks) and I’ve enjoyed it a great deal. I try and do some dry jelqs and stretches periodically throughout the day when I visit the restroom, etc.

I know that this question probably will be difficult to answer, but I’ll throw it out there anyway. When I pump, I have maybe about 45 mins or so to work with. My routine is as follows:

Warm up with something similar to a rice sock (it’s got dried corn in it).
Warm up tube with corn sock.
Pump 1 set at 5”-6”hg for 12-13 minutes with corn sock wrapped around tube.
After 1st set, I do 50 wet jelqs to keep blood moving.
Pump a 2nd set at 5”-6” hg for 12-13 mins with corn sock wrapped around tube.
After 2nd set, do 25 wet jelqs again to circulate blood and help any fluid that might have built up elsewhere.

Typically I do this 3-4 days on and one day off, depending on how I’m feeling.

I certainly can feel a difference in girth, although I have not done any measurements since the last one mentioned in my signature.

I know that everyone is different and it’s hard to say, but is this enough of a pumping routine that, if I were going to gain from pumping, would promote such gains? Again, I believe that I can feel a difference in girth, but I was going to hold off for another 2-3 weeks before doing another measurement. Thoughts?

I am in the same boat as you. Been pumping a little over a month now. Sounds like you got a good routine there. I would suggest trying the routine for 3 months and then go from there if you do not see results. I think consistency is really key and 3 months will give you a good amount of time to see if it indeed working.

You are right about that. Consistency is the key. I work in education, and in a month I’ll have more free time since I have my summers off. I will probably be able to get more pumping time in at that point.

The routine you have posted doesnt sound too bad. I used to do (and still do) something very similar. Sometimes I warmup and others I dont but once I start pumping I stay in the cylinder for 15 minutes at 4-5hg. After this I will do approximately 50 wet jelqs and 20-30 seconds of helicopter spins and enter the cylinder again. I repeat this 3 times which takes close to 1 full hr then Im done. I lean more towards the “less is more” theory and only perform this routine about 3 times/week. For me, the rest periods have proven to produce the best gains. Although I havent gained any girth yet from pumping, I have gained almost a 1/2” in length in a very short time.

Guys: Cut the HG down to 5 and add more sets of durations to 8-10 minutes. You really need to build total pumping time to 1 hour. Try the old Clamp between sets for about 5-10 minutes each and some wet jelqs. Thank me later—Steve
