Hey TP community,

Just wanted to reintroduce myself to the site, as I haven’t been here for the better part of a decade. Would love to get some advice on how to get back into PE, safely!… First and foremost - That probably goes without saying.

Anyway, a little background:

I started PE when I was about 18-19 years old and consistently stuck with it for over a year. Strictly doing manual stretches and jelqing as I was too much of a puss to do any clamping, hanging etc….. The reason I decided to lay PE to rest was because in over a year…. I never gained anything. Nothing. Nada. And actually gave myself an unpleasant left bending curvature that freaked me out into thinking I had seriously injured myself. It has since corrected itself, for the most part. (NOTE: I’m not refuting the claims of anyone here who has made gains, as I’m not you, and have no basis to tell you what you have or have not done. If that were the case I wouldn’t waste my energy typing this post.)

The point is, that no matter how many times I tried to adjust my jelqing technique, the erection levels that I jelqed at, PE schedule, intensity of workouts, I never gained a thing. Having felt like I wasted a ton of time and expectation, I decided to move on with my life and accept being an average guy in the size department. PE just wasn’t for me.

Lately, I’ve been doing some lurking/reading/research regarding Pumping, Water Pumping specifically, and have been tempted to give it a try. It seems relatively easy for lack of a better word, I know people hate that word around here, and doesn’t SEEM to require a whole hell of a lot of technique, which I clearly lack for some unknown reason. Searching the forum, and reading posts from some members I’ve spoken to years ago and respect, I’ve come to the conclusion that Pumping is probably not the best starting point for someone who’s “just starting out,” again. Maybe it is if you do it slowly and correctly. I don’t know…

So, after my long rant explaining my history with the elusive art of PE, and not wanting to waste my time jelqing into oblivion, I ask advice from some of the senior members here on how to get myself into a routine that will help me do what everyone here wants to do. Make it bigger. But safely. :)

Vacuum Pumping 101

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

If you mean with waterpump a bathmate style pump its not really that safe as you have no gauge.

I second DT and read some in the pumpers forum and get a professional pump. If you stick with it you will at least get a bigger flaccid on a daily basis.
You might also check into extenders who worn with a vac attachemnt can be quiet safe.
I think some people need some sort of all day stretch / ADS to gain.

Thanks to daily pumping (air with gauge) I have increased my girth by 1”. I also gained an inch in EL thanks to an extender with a VacExtender mod kit.

Welcome back to a new season in your journey. I am happy that our brothers have already given you some solid advice. You have much to look forward to.

We are in this for the long haul. There are times when you have to adjust your routine but there are also season where growth is a little slower than the initial phase but do not give up. Adapt, adjust, learn and with consistency you will grow.
