Regimen with only pumping - how far could I get

I don’t think jelqing is all it’s made out to be, though success I have seen. I think it is something very easy, and it does improve erection quality if done gently and sensibly.

To gain real girth I think clamp and to gain real length I think hang, pumping I believe is a food side pe method to keep that flaccid hang looking fat and the area between the tissue and the skin expanded.

Like a said, pumping is a good back up.

Jelqing is more like a maintenance for more hardcore pe

If you jelq with the proper method, at the proper stage of erection, the CCs very gradually expand in their capacity to hold blood. At least, that is what a good number of us have found.

Hardcore PE doesn’t work for pressure-sensitive cocks.

About jelq, from what I read here on the forum seems a good method and guarantees results and even faster than the pump. But I still prefer the pump.

Some have had gains from pumping alone. I feel they’re only temporary.

What’s always worked for me is doing manual exercises first followed by long duration pumping at low hg. It’s like of like putting the penis through a really good workout and keeping him pumped while larger than normal.

I have been pumping on a consistent routine for about five months and have seen no permanent gains, if I stop Ill loose them in a day. I have always had consistent morning wood, and great pi’s just no permanent gains. In the same time I do light stretching and about 100 jelqs to warm up.

I have tried most routines on here, even low pressure for an hour which I get great expansion. I can go from 5 inches in girth to 5.5 in both a clamp and pump. So for me I think I may be exploring another route again such as clamping however I have some discoloration from the past that I am starting to hate.

I think that pumping is a great addition to the exercises, like a complement but you cannot gain solely and exclusively by using the pump

I have been pumping for 13 months and showed the same lack of enlargement as sirmixalot, I started extending 6 months ago and started hanging 5 weeks ago. I did a quick measurement (may not be totally accurate), but it appears I am starting to gain - about 1/2 inch in length and girth.

I also agree with avantasia that pumping is complimentary in that the deformation caused by the other exercises is assisted by keeping the penis enlarged for additional time in the tube.

I will dare to add that the combination between manual and mechanical exercises is the recipe for sucess.
