I always jelqing after my pumping session. Do you think it it is better to jelq before pumping?

Raybbaby, when you pumping do you go by feel and keep a stedy comfortable pressure the entire time or how do you go with the pressure thru your pumping session?

I guess I go mostly by feel. I am usually at pretty high vacuum levels these days. I usually pump up until I can’t pump anymore water out. Then I wait for about ten minutes to pump again, kind of let the tissue get good and relaxed and warmed up. Then I will pump every five minutes or so, so I’m doing a pump up, a second pump at ten minutes, and then again at fiffteen minutes, and release at the twenty minute mark.

So, I did no PE for the three day weekend, the started back up yesterday, (which was Tuesday). Workout was like;
5 minute warmup
2 minutes stretching
5 minutes pumping
50 jelqs
5 minutes pumping
50 jelqs
10 minutes pumping

Today I did:
5 minute warm up
7 minute pump,
90 jelqs
7 minute pump
50 jelqs
7 minutes pump

Not going to measure girth at the end of ever session, like I have been. I’ll check it in a couple weeks or a month. Maybe it’s a case of “a watched pot never boils” and I’ll get some gains if I don’t check so often.

Been working out 2 days on, 1 off. My workouts go as follows;
5 minutes warm up
5 minutes 5 way stretches.
Another 5 minutes warm up
100 jelqs (roughly ten minutes)
20 minutes Bathmate pumping
10 minutes edging warm/down.

Takes about an hour start to finish. I feel good about this routine. Nice fat flaccid and popping a few chubbies throughout the day. That’s usually a good sign for me. Was going to measure tomorrow, but I may wait another week or two. I’d rather wait and be pleasantly surprised than to check and be disappointed. I think it’s only been two weeks since I last measured anyway. Not likely there has been a big jump in that time.

Raybbaby I have been using an air pump for 6mths and I still get red dots on the underside of my dingdong from the glans to mid shaft.

Would using a water pump still cause this to happen.

When air pumping I warm up and then get a semi, then pump for 10min at 3hg, which sometimes will, sometimes won’t give red dots then 20min at 4 then 20min at 5hg. I will 95% of the time have dots by this time that last for about 6 hrs. I pump 3 days a week, mon wed fri, and 5 days a week I do manuals mon to fri.

I’m looking for a more even pull on the hole area of the penis, would water pumping give this.

I can’t really say, as I have never air pumped, and have been known to get red dots from the Bathmate. They disappear within a couple hours, so I don’t worry about it much. I really feel like I don’t know what you mean when you say a more even pull on the hole area of the penis. Did you mean “whole” area of the penis? I still don’t get it. I mean, your penis is in the tube, it is all being subjected to the same amount of vacuum. I don’t think you’d notice much difference with a Bathmate.

Sorry I did mean ’ whole ’ auto spell changed it. The area that gets red dots feels the stretch the most, It’s almost like that 1”x2” area is getting a hickey or love bite as if all the vacuum is sucking on that area. I know it’s not doing that but not having tried the bathmate I was thinking that air and water may be different like blowing up a balloon under water is harder.

I think water pumping may have the some effect on me, I have a very thin line between enough and to much. Thank for your help.

Yeah, wish I could give you more specific answers. It may be that you have an area of your penis that is just a bit more sensitive. We all have our own little oddities. I’m sure there are areas on mine that get more red spots than others, but I don’t pay much attention. Back off if anything causes you pain, or causes your EQ to suffer. Other than that, I don’t know what to tell you.

That’s probably what it is.
Having no gains other than 5mm from better EQ, I’m trying to eliminate possible causes for no gains, so at the moment I see red dots as a line crossed, gone a bit to far. I’ll give it a while and see what happens when I’m not causing any dots.

I would watch out for fluid buildup, aka edema when pumping. That is probably your best indication that you,ve gone too far.
