I’ve gotten a bit of a donut from time to time, and also I almost always get the little red dots. I take a day off after a donut. I don’t worry too much about the red dots anymore. I pay attention more to “feel” in the tube. A little stretching feeling is OK, but I back off if it’s actually causing me discomfort. And I’m not sure what you mean full vacuum. Once I’m pumped up in the tube, when I reach my time to repump up, I will get one good pump that produces quite a bit of water exiting the pump. Then a second, which produces less water, and finally a third, that will just spit out a dribble, if anything. I can’t imagine pumping up more than that, I would just be mashing the BM into my pelvic bones. So, I’m guessing you’re at a super high vacuum if you do 7 or 8 little pumps. I guess what I’m saying is I go with as high a vacuum as I can, without discomfort. When you can feel the expansion, that’s good. But if it’s uncomfortable, just back off a hair. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Oh, I’m taking today off. Not for a donut or anything, I just have pumped the past two days, and was feeling a little fatigued in the unit after yesterday’s session. Had a pretty good boner when I woke up this morning, so I got that goin’ for me. But a day off for two on should be good. We’ll see what tomorrow’s session brings.

Sorry man. I don’t think I made myself clear there on my previous post. I only do 7-8 little pumps when I insert my unit into the BM to get a good suction. I used to pump it fully 3 times, but that much pressure that fast put some strain on my shaft. I thought little pumps would be better. But, I am actually finding a good stretch now so I will keep it up.

Dang. I thought today would be a big one, expansion-wise, but it was not to be. Got my standard 800 PC flexes in. But no new records expansion wise.

ITLM, 140, 160, 170, 180. And then I forgot to measure my Fresh out the tube girth. Got it hard about 10 or 15 minutes after and my midshaft girth hit 5 1/2” So that was still nice to see. Oh well, I suppose progress isn’t gonna always be linear.

Well, another day, just like yesterday. Dang it.

Today was a little better, third day in a row. Still feel like I’m learning, even after a month. Got 1000 PC flexes in this time, so that was awesome.

Today was gonna be a day off, but I thought I’d just try something different. Instead of my standard workout of pumping up, and kegeling til I hit two or three hundred, and then pumping up again, I decided just to try for as much expansion as I could get. I started by doing the old two rounds of five way stretches, holding each direction for thirty seconds. Then got about a forty to fifty percent erection and went into the tube. Pumped up to 160 almost immediately. Instead of kegeling, I would do sets of thirty seconds pulling the bathmate straight out for thirty seconds, then thirty seconds at rest. Pulling the tube like that gives a powerful, deep stretching feeling. After four minutes of that I released pressure/vacuum and jelqed for a few minutes, sometimes grabbing the base with an ok sign, and the head with another, then pushing them together to make my dick as short, stubby and fat as possible. After a few of these, I put the tube back on and pumped back up. I continued goofing around like this until I hit the fifteen minute mark. My length had hit 190 and my FOT girth was just shy of five and 3/4”. So that was relatively successful. I quit at fifteen minutes, I was planning on taking today off, but thought I’d like to try to work some manual exercises into my routine. Unless I wake up and don’t have a boner, I’m pretty sure I can pump without a problem. Anyways, back to my usual routine tomorrow I guess.

I split my session into two 10 minute “pump sessions” today, doing about 20 jelqs right in the middle of everything. Got good expansion, Starting at about 150, pumping up after every hundred Kegels, and hitting 190 by the end of every 10 minute session, and 5 3/4” post pump girth.

Well, I was planning on taking today off, but I woke up at like 4:00 am with a raging boner, so I decided that it was probably OK to do another workout today. I should probably take a day or two off I suppose. I think today made like 4 or 5 days in a row.

Took today off, even though I had nighttime and morning wood. Can’t wait to hit it tomorrow.

Could you measure your erect girth pre-pump? I’m interested if it has moved at all.

OK, SS8, I took a pre-pump erect girth measurement this morning, after 48 hours of no PE or pumping, it was at 5 1/4”, that’s 1/4 inch more in circumference than I had 6 or 7 weeks ago, when I started pumping. My post pump session girth was 5 1/2”, and so I got it hard, and it stayed at 5 1/2” erect girth, but that’s clearly a post session temporary gain. Which looks really cool. And feels even cooler. That thing feels so much heavier and thicker, I wanna slap somebody with it. Hehehe.
