Raybbaby's Bathmate log and expansion study

yesterday and today off as well. Kind of unplanned.

Worked out and pumped today. Every two hundred Kegels I released the vacuum, and did a “girth blaster” where I clamped off using the OK sign at the base. I thensqueeze the blood out of the penis head with the other hand squishing it between my fingers and heel of my palm. I try to hold each of these for thirty seconds, and push the head toward the base hoping for maximum expansion of the tunica. Then put the Bathmate back on and pump back up. My in the pump length was 195 the entire time. Post pump girth was 5 3/4 inches.

Warmed up and pumped today, but no jelqs. And also no measurements. I doubt one day would have made much difference.

Worked out and pumped today, but Somehow I feel like my workout was not properly focused. pump length was the usual 190, and post pump girth was 5 3/4” again.

I had some extra time last night, so I did a second session. Pumped up in warm water to about 190, and just chilled there for 20 minutes while on the computer. Then did a ten minute cold water cool down with the pump at medium pressure. No additional size increase. I’m still pretty sure that workout frequency can be tweaked to get me some better results. Just not sure if I should go once a day, or twice a day, or one on one off, or three on one off, or what. Any BM users find one schedule lead to better gains than another?

Both yesterday and today I worked out, alternating hot and cold water in the Bathmate every 5 minutes. Got 5 7/8” post pump girth yesterday, and only 5 3/4” today, so I’m gonna take the day off tomorrow, pretty sure my wiener is a little bit overworked.

I got mine last month. Can’t get enough of it.

I really want to pump today. But I will not. Gotta force myself to take a day off. I did have me some good morning wood today, not a big surprise, but I do think two days in a row of BM pumping is a bit much.

Am agreeing with you there Ray, I’m finding one on one off seems to work best for me.. am always over 21cm in the pump now..

Today I warmed up, stretches, 100 jelqs, Bathmate on with Hot water for about 8 minutes, flaccid girth was 5 5/8”. Refilled BM with icy cold water, and re-pumped. After 5 or so minutes girth was still 5 5/8, so warm water for another 5 minutes. Girth hit 5 3/4”. Switched back to cold for the final 5 minutes, still was at 5 3/4” MSG.

Worked out again today. Was gonna take it off but woke up in the middle of the night with a super boner. And again this morning, I had killer wood, so I said screw it, and worked out/pumped. warm-up, stretches, 100 jelqs and then warm water in the BM for 10 minutes-400 kegels, FG was 5 1’2”. Another 5 minutes cold, another 200 kegels and girth hit 5 5/8”. Five minutes more of warm water and another 200 kegels put my FG at 5 3/4”. Did 2 minutes of Firegoat rolls and then cold water pumped for another five minutes, and 200 kegels. Girth hit (very briefly) 6 inches. Within about two minutes it was back down to 5 3/4”. Edged for a few minutes with my girth hitting 5 3/4” for a few minutes. More than likely, I’ll take tomorrow off. But not if I wake to killer wood. If I’m getting that as a positive indicator, I will likely pump again, at least for a short while.
