Raybbaby's Bathmate log and expansion study

Just did my usual session. Only 250 jelqs, but that’s probably OK considering I had five days off. Pumped up to 180, then 190 at the one minute mark, and then to 200 by two minutes. Just did Kegels, and every time I did 200 of them I would do some five way stretches, pulling on the bathmate tube, then resume Kegels. My fresh out the tube girth hit 6 1/8”, and was still that thick after cold water soaking it for my “cool down” Total of 1000 Kegels. All in all, a pretty good return to pumping. Now I’m trying to decide if I should hit it again tomorrow, or take a day off. I think I will judge it by how I feel tomorrow morning.

Well, I woke with a pretty fat, I’ll say 80% erection this morning, so I went ahead and did another pump session, although I’m not sure if I should jump right back to two a day. No warm-up or jelqs today. Just filled the tube with warm water and pumped up. Now I didn’t get an immediate long length like I would have if I’d gone in semi-erect and chubbed up from jelqing. But I was up at 180mm by the time I hit three minutes. And I just left the pressure there until about 12 minutes, when I pumped again, hitting a strong 190mm. And then I pretty much just hung out, pumping every two or three minutes to max pressure. Never quite hit 200mm, but I’m not too worried about it. Now cooling down with icy cold water in the Bathmate. Also, my post session girth was right at 6 inches.

Today off, though I woke with a pretty good morning P.I. this morning. Gotta give it some time to heal.

I think I’m going to take today off too. I’m not sure. Been reading a few things that make me think these intense pumping/ girth-centric workouts require additional recovery time. Not sure really.

I feel you on being confused about rest days. I plan on starting up a thread discussing my experience with them and hopefully we can discuss different experiences.

Well, I had some free time this afternoon, so I did my usual workout. Warm water, 5 way stretches, more warm water, 300 jelqs, got about 60% hard and went into the tube, pumped right up to 195. Did 100 Kegels and pumped up to 200mms. Continued to Kegel til I hit 1000, pumping back up every 5 minutes or so. Hit 5 7/8” girth after pumping. Soaked in cold water for a few minutes. Just for giggles I made myself get an erection about a half hour after pumping, and my mid-shaft girth hit 6” even. Pretty cool. I was going to take today off and see if a two on, two off schedule would be more productive. I guess I’ll never know. Oh well, seems like good progress to me.

I think that is a good idea - if you can’t get a good erection that means you have overdone it.

Curious about the kind of fluid build with that 6MSEG? That is, did your erection look “normal” and veiny or was it somewhat spongy?

There was definitely some fluid present, but it didn’t really feel spongy, and while it wasn’t as pronounced as it usually is, I could definitely see the dorsal vein. Some of the smaller veins not so much, definitely “smoother” looking than normal. Still looked pretty healthy. Wish I’d taken a picture of it now. I thought about it, but decided not to, as that is definitely not a permanent size. (yet)

Oh yeah, today is an off day. Probably wear my extender for a few hours, but no pumping or working out.

Today’s workout was the usual, 300 jelqs. Pumped right up to 195. spent almost all of the time in the pump at 200mms. Grabbed a ruler today to measure my length while in the pump. The bellows expand and contract as you pump and then pause for several minutes. Although the gauge on the pump may read 5mm different because of the state of expansion of the bellows, Once the penis has reached it’s maximum pumped length, It doesn’t really expand and contract much. Every time I measured with the ruler, my length was right around 7 1/2 inches. Cold water cooldown. Post workout girth hit 6 inches, but rapidly shrank to 5 3/4”.

Thanks, I appreciate the encouragement. I don’t know how much beyond my first 1/4” in girth is really permanent. I thought about checking this morning, but decided I should wait a while longer. I may be up to 5 1/2 now. It seems to come so slowly, I don’t really notice the difference.

Yesterday off. The usual today. Almost the entire 20 minutes in the Bathmate was at 200mm or a little bit more. Post pump girth hit 6” briefly.

Today off.
