Question for you pumpers, aches

Ache underneath balls

Have a weird sensation of a slight ache, between my balls and penis but goes as far back as my a hole.

Could be a sign of over doing things? Or a sign of a good workout.

Warm up.
Stretch .
Pump.
Jelq.

1 hour routine 5 on 2 off.

I’m stretching my flaccid penis to around 5.5-6 on the stretching device, is that too much for a start?.

I’m around 4 inches flaccid.

You are on the road to causing yourself a serious injury, because you are doing too many exercises particularly with the mechanical ones.

Just ease off the variety of things you do. doing as many as possible will NOT give you quicker gains; but will slow down your progress. And may cause you to have to lay off PE completely or, maybe some months.

Please take this warning seriously as you are on the road to a problem

If you have not done any PE before joining then you would be best advised to just do the Newbie Routine for a month or two. Then add ONE of the mechanical things, But cut back on the newbie routine for a week or two as well as taking (say) one Pump session of about 20 minutes at a fairly low Hg. - Or low rating other mechanical device

I get this occasionally as well and am curious as to what it is, my routine is relatively light compared to yours

I was thinking it could be unrelated prostate pain

Is this pain sort of like the pain from blue balls not too intense but noticeably there like a subtle pain in the scrotum? If so I had this feeling too when I was starting out I think it’s the veins or something stretching. I just lightened up the routine till it went away it did in less than a week and I am growing.

It’s kind of like around where the PC muscle is and feels like you’ve worked out a muscle a bit.

Like an ache but when you touch it it’s not sore or painful, it is a little bit like blue balls I guess but more like a feeling from your ass.

I am conditioned I believe, and I see a lot of people doing stretch pump jelq and ads all in one session 5 on 2 off.

It’s not like I’ve just started out, have been taking it slow but I want to accelerate a little with a good workout.

Do any of the experts advice I divide the workout up into separate days?, or continue with it as there is no cause for major concern with a little ache and no sharp pains?

Petit, I just wanted to make sure, when you answered this thread, did you think I only just joined? I have been doing the newbie routine for 3-4 months before I started this new routine, I think I’m well enough conditioned.

I just want to check that now you know I am conditioned correctly do you still feel the same way about my routine being too much.?

I mean no disrespect I’m just asking because with me being conditioned and all, does that make a difference.

We see lots of people on here doing a lot more than my routine, and I just wanted to get on the path of a really good workout with up 1.5-2 hours per day of PE.

I want to make my way to a 3-4 inch gain even if it takes years, I want to get there and have the time and Patience to do so.

What do you think?

Question for you pumpers, aches

I have been pumping for a couple of weeks.

I am conditioned after the newbie routine for a few months.

I have been pumping at 2 HG max.

I am also jelqing stretching using an ADS and warming up.

I have a slight ache underneath my balls, that’s right between my arsehole and my nuts.

Right near the pc muscle, and “no” I hardly train the PC muscle unless I’m stretching.

It’s almost like someone is pressing their finger in there very hard and like a lot of pressure in on that part of my lower area.

Has anyone had anything similar?

It would really help to discover what this feeling is.

Yes 17, I did check , and thought that even at some 3 months -even a year, you were doing too much to your dick.. You asked the reason for the problem and in my opinion, and I would guess others as well, would feel you are overdoing it. Not necessarily on the time you take up, but the variety of instruments you are using. Use them all by all means but not on the same day

And of course go very easy . You are punishing your dick,.and in my opinion you are, and will pay for it heavily with your present routine.

How often do you pump, and how long is your session?


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

2 on 1 off for about 1.5 weeks so far for 1 x 10 mins.

Pain preasure underneath nuts and base shaft

Have been using the penismaster and have stretched quite hard,

I’m 4 inch flaccid and had it near 6 at least.

Felt no pain whilst doing it, but afterwards about a day, noticed pressure underneath balls and infront of anus, around where the pc muscle is.

It hasn’t been painful, but is getting more noticeable and a burning sensation every now and then, also feels like dick has an erection sometimes but is totally flaccid.

I still get great erections and pass fluid no probs, no pain anywhere just uncomfortable.

Have managed to ejaculate and have sex with no problems.

Has anyone had this before, I also pumped for 10 min at 2hg max and jelq and stretch for 25 min all in one session.

If I’m doing everything like boners and intercourse then it mustn’t be serious right?

I’ve found that with my tube, 2” diameter (I’m 5.5” midshaft and over 6” base eg), if I pump and then pull out, I get this weird stretch as well. It seems to be from my septum and I can almost feel the tug all the way to my asshole too. I “discovered” this about 6 months ago and have been pumping this way ever since.

Strangely enough, this is also when my base girth gains started. Lampwick mentioned, on another thread, that his girth expansion started at the base and worked it’s way up. Sure enough, that is what’s happening. Not sure why since I am packing my tube right now and my base girth is expanding beyond my tube’s width.


If girth is king, why the hell does everyone keep talking about length?
