Anyone can recommend or have any luck with pumps? I’m debating I’ve haven’t been gaining in a bit basically only do 5 minutes of jelqing stretching per day now with 0 or no gains. I’d like to add about .75 - 1.00 and approach 8” my short term goal.

Hanging seems like it would be logical, but the wife might think I’m nuts. A pump while only 10-15 minutes would probably arouse her and would be good for the sex life for a month or 2.

I am considering the use of a pump in my routine as well and would be interested in hearing from individuals who have GAINED LENGTH from penis pumping. What size cylinder did you use? What was your pumping routine? Did you use a combination of PE techniques along with pumping?

Hey Rico, why don’t you try to do some PE? I bet you could gain something…

5 mins a day, you ain’t going to gain anything with that.
As far as I can tell, you ain’t going to gain much more with only 15 min pumping.

I don’t know what your PE history is like but I bet you can get decent gains from manual stuff!

Why don’t you try doing some reading in the Pumpers Forum?

Wow I read the forums and my wife says your all ready big enough and at times I wish it was a little smaller. Now I’m maybe 7 - 7 1/4 this depends I do not know why it fluctuates maybe it depends on whether I did PE that day or maybe its diet it seems if I eat more sugar it get a little bigger. I know when it is a little bigger it feels better for me because I can go the whole depth and that feels awesome. So if I could gain .5” I’d be very very happy.

Anyway so what do you recommend. I work full time and have a family. I can devote 10-15 minutes a day and maybe an extra 15-20 minutes more 3 times a week. If I can make gains that way with manual and without hanging or pumping I would like to know if possible a routine

I would say start with the FULL newb routine and do it for at least 3 months. Do it constantly! Then look into other forms of PE. I think you be surprised what the newb routine could do for you.

If you don’t have a lot of time to invest forget about hanging.
