Okay guys so I am back from a long hiatus this year of ditching PE for other stuff in life, but I came back to it after wanting to start pumping again. The first few times I did pump with a homemade pump and I always did the pressure too high and too fast, but now what I am doing is very different.

I am keeping at lower pressures, but focusing on the hardness of my erections more, and using my pulses of blood to make it get gradually harder so every few seconds I feel a slight stretching sensation. I have been doing this for 2 weeks this way and I am over 6”MSEG out of the pump! I’ve never had the fortune of pumping correctly until now, and boy having a 6” girth is a feeling like no other, I want more now!

The diameter of my homemade pump is less than 2”, although I do have a new pump that has a 12”x3” cylinder! It is really awesome, but I don’t know how big I’ll have to be until I can fit it without my balls trying to get sucked into the cylinder! >___<

Anyhow, I just wanted to tell about finally making progress with the pump, after jelqing results plateaued for over a year!

It’s hard to make guys believe that using low pressure is the secret to pumping. Hell, it took me forever to finally make the change. Glad to hear you are getting such good results.

Do you mean kegeling while in the tube or are you describing something else?

What pressures are we not supposed to pass? I heard of 5inhg. Is that correct?

Although 5”hg is a popular upper limit that is often recommended, for me, it is too high and now my upper limit is 4”hg although I spend most of my time in the 3 to 3.5”hg range. For years I used to pump at much higher pressures that caused lots of trauma and I think that because it went on for so long, I am now perhaps super sensitive to the higher pressures causing damage quite easily. But I find that using low pressure is actually the preferred method for trauma free reliable gains. My only regret is that it took me so long to figure that out, but I am just stubborn.

This is the truth! I generally pull about 7Hg when going in for a minute or so to get a good seal but then reduce quickly to something below 5 (generally about 4Hg). How long does your total session last? Mine are about 1hr. on the dick and about 1/2 hour on the balls. Thinking about lengthing the time on the nuts. Even those are at a lower but longer time frame.

Good advice!

After a long break, I am getting back into pumping. My routine varies a lot, but I like to do at least 1/2 hour of full package pumping and 1/2 hour of cock pumping. The cool thing about using the low pressures is how long the result lasts afterwards and how good everything looks.

Actually no. I was very happy with how well I maintained my gains and even more happy with my results since returning and sticking to a strict low pressure routine.

I just had to take that long break to finally fully recover from all my past years of using too much pressure and that recovery process was very successful. It was about 3 months off.

Not exactly kegeling in this instance, although they are useful.

What I am talking about is this: You know how when you go from being flaccid to erect? And the penis comes to life more every heart beat you have and it rises at that rhythm? Well I just have to concentrate on that same rhythm and sensation happening within the tube, and maximize hardness inside the vacuum, THAT is when I always feel the growth and see it best.

Also I am pumping with no gauge but I am conservative with my pressure.

It is 6 hours after a pump and I still have a 6”MSEG, This is great! XD

I invested some money in a pump gauge recently and have been using pressures in between 5-10. Though I got some fluid build up of course, I got my MSEG to 6.5” after pumping! I love this feeling and am definitely hooked with pumping now! This mainly has to do with using a 3 inch tube, that’s over 8” around so I have room to grow in girth for the tube.
