Today was the first day that I’ve actually had a fantastic pump and erection after leaving the tube. I have been only pumping for 15-30 min at a time. Usually if I stay in for 20-30 min straight, I will have burst capillaries and my skin doesn’t look good. As I was pumping today I felt great after 15 min, so I got out edged for 5 min, went back in for another 15 min it felt so good that I repeated for an hour.. My dick was huge when I finished and hanging great, no skin problems at all barely any red spots. So my question is: is this a healthy thing to do? I’ve not seen many people who pump that long, but it’s the only thing I do.. No jelqing or stretching. Thanks for advice

After a while most folk find they can pump for anything up to an hour or two, the trick as you found out is to take regular breaks.

Either release the pressure for a minute or so or come out the tube and jelq or edge.

At what pressure are you pumping? How’s you training schedule?

Never exceed 5 hg, maybe 6 for just a brief moment towards the end of the hour to get a nice stretch when it’s packed at the base.. I only pump and only do this 3-4 times a week.. I’ve only done this twice and I like how my unit has been acting the last couple days.

That’s nice, you are pumping at safer levels and with plenty of rest days. Although you spend quite some time inside the tube (1 hour, is it?), can’t see any motive to get worried.

If you seeks penis health, your best bet is jelq or edging or any exercise that stimulate the blood flow, without any constrictions. Associating kegels at your training will help big time.

Yeah around an hour, but no more than 15 min at one time.

In my experience, you generate excess edema if you pump for more than 20 minutes at 5 hg and 45 minutes at 4 hg.

I made another mouth pressure pump recently and have been doing five minutes on and two or three off for an hour or do ( not really keeping track) and must not be getting much pressure, because I’m seeing no edema or redness after a session.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
