Pumping works, for me anyway

I’ve had to take sometime off of PE for while now. However, I want to inform everyone how pleased I have been with the effects of pumping. I was only able to pump for about eight weeks before taking this break but in that time, I saw an increase of 1/8” - 1/4”. So far, they seem to be permanent. I’m looking foward to resuming my routine.

We all know that the road to having a bigger dick is long and hard, PUN intended. Something inbetween 1/8” - 1/4” of cemented gains is significant, at least in my mind it is. It makes my goal of 8” NBPEL seem possible… even reasonable.

Thanks to avocet and all those who turned me onto pumping. To all those who are reserved or unsure about pumping, give it a shot… and be sure to follow avocet’s recommendations. It’s worth it.

I’ve been doing it only a week and I can already tell that there is a high likelihood it will work. I can’t wait. What did you do for rest days?

Oh man. I cant wait to start pumping. I am so close to 8 inch bpel I can taste it…

Same here whiskey, as soon as I hit 8 BPEL I’m going to work on girth like crazy. I can’t wait.


2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

01/02/2014 - NBPEL 16.5cm / BPEL 18.5cm / BPFSL 20.3cm / Girth12.5cm - 10 minute pump, 20 jelqs, 5 minute pump 20 jelqs ~2.5-3hg 1 on 2 off.

Though there was some experimentation in the beginning (born mostly out of impatience), I mostly followed avocets recommendations, and that’s what I recommend for everybody else. What was really strange was that the big gains really didn’t present themselves until I took a break. I had been going at it for a while then took a break. I checked my NBPEL one day and saw that it had increased. Weeks later, it’s still there. With a rock hard erection, it’s about 1/4 inch increase.

Are the gains still present? I’m a little confused about Avocet’s routine- does he say to pump every day with no rest days? I was thinking of doing 10 mins everyday instead of 25 every other day to see if there is any difference. Did you take any rest days?

Beenie, Avocet says in the 101 post that he does no pumping on the weekend. It looks like you just needed to read down a little further. For clarity here is the exerpt below:

Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day *

* After a few months I settled on three 10 minute sessions per day and no pumping on weekends.

Thank you so much for posting this. Answered a bunch of questions. Guess I needed to read down a little further as well.

After pumping daily for three months, I’m just not sold on the idea that it provides permanent gains. Heck I haven’t seen any girth gains. There was actually one month where my girth actually shrunk when I was pumping and clamping daily.

This past month, I cut back on the clamping but was still pumping 2, 15 minute sessions a day and I have nothing to show for it. :down:

I was skeptical in the same way. That was about the time that I took a break. Sometime, during the break, I made my break-through. I’m not saying the same thing will happen with you, but it did for me.

I’ve found the best thing for me is staying as highly aroused as possible while pumped or clamped and not going overboard with time or pressure.

Right now, I’m doing 20-30 minutes sessions 1-2 times per day, depending on what I have time for.

I’d like to note that one 20 minute session once every 10 days to two weeks was enough for me to maintain.
