Pumping to make girth more even

Is it possible to make the girth throughout the shaft more even using the pump, e.g. go from baseball bat shape or tree trunk shape to cylinder shape?

I would like to hear stories from guys who experienced something like that.

I’ll revive this thread because of something I noticed while pumping today.

I used to do 3x5 minute sessions, but today I did 2x10 minute session.

The thing I noticed is considerable base expansion. Long term, will this expansion translate into base girth gains?

Right now I have baseball bat shape and I’d like to have even girth throughout the shaft.

For me it did.
