Ok, understood but it’s also not the point of PE or the main outcome that I’m looking for nor is a half hard, fluid fill, fatty that I can’t use. Like I said if it works for you go for it. It doesn’t however work for me or a lot of the other pumping vets who have made great gains going lower and slower. The reason I do the things I do and trust me I do a pretty extreme super set of hanging followed by pumping and or clamping is to get a bigger fatter dick that WORKS. Not something half hard full of lymph that is too overworked for sex. Which again is why I do what I do. Btw all I….and I can’t speak for gprent or anyone else but I would think they too were trying to say is…if someone just getting into pumping did this it would be dangerous. I got a ton of free information here on how to safely grow and I’m just passing it along as freely as it was passed to me in hopes no one tries something and ends up with a dead dick.

Riding The Fatigue

I kinda wonder if this is like riding the fatigue hanging, I have done daily pumping and made good gains in girth it’s a dull ache EQ isn’t predictable I made noticeable gains from pumping flaccid and allowing my unit to ache and stretch.

And for me the dull ache is where gains have always been.

I haven’t been at this as long as some folks, but I am figuring out that my dick is far tougher than I give it credit. Consider that it is the genetic spoon which is mixing the vaginal pot, and you’ll see that it ~cannot~ be an easily damaged organ.

Not to say that this is or is not harmful, just to say that our dicks are a lot more powerful than we believe.

Balls… not so much.

Makes total sense as expanding the tunica circular is no different in essence then stretching it lengthwise or stretching a ligament.

I feel like a dull ache is a good indicator. No pain or anything near it. Just a slight uncomfortableness. I also feel like my dick is heated/slightly inflammed after intense exercise.

Of course all that can be done without pumping at 25hg, at least for most dicks.

If you stay within elastic range of tunica tissue etc. you wont feel such an ache.
If you reach plastic deformation range this makes sense to appear. Of course going beyond plastic deformation means destruction/injury.
At best one would aim to just hit the plastic deformation range to be able to reach it faster more often. Such extreme like OP might land him at the end of the range…

The Tunica surely. Especially when coaxed and not done apruptly.
Skin, veins and other soft tissue are often weaker and still directly affected by exercise. So be carefull everyone cause there are a lot of cases where these parts are damaged by PE artists ;) . A burst vein or strained lympg puts you out of the game for months…

I was doing 3.5hg on a pulsar 20 min sets for 2hours, I’m decon from pumping and gonna be hanging for the next session of time

That’s what I get at the higher pressures (nothing near the range OP mentions)

No problems with EQ or anything else and this dull, sort of tingle goes away within minutes of exiting the cylinder.

I have been pumping intermittently for 10+ years. When I started I was 6.5 inches erect. Only recently have I been a daily pumper. Yes, I have discoloration, but I love the size expansion I am getting. I take regular breaks. No more than 10 min at a time, then later no more than 5 min. Yes, in the past I’ve had many blisters, but now I don’t get them. The key for me is breaks. Also, my cock is hard as a rock when I’m done. Yes their is some lymph fluid, but that is just more mass to stuff in my wife, all the more pleasing her.

Is it MM or Inches because if it’s mm that’s only 8in hg. That’s fine.

My gauge shows both.

Nope sorry, more like hours after the session and even the next morning. Similar to having a muscle workout.
This signals to me that I have done something that impacted the tissue in a challenging way.
What you describe sounds more like overloading of the nerves.(?) Good that you have problems with EQ. Take care..

I understand how fluid buildup would contribute to girth, but what about the post workout length gains the OP has been getting? Isn’t that pure tunica expansion?
