Pumping set: straight time or with breaks?

I mean when you are pumping under pressure (you can go under or higher, but always under vacuum) or releasing pressure to 0hg and pumping to you pressure workout again?

You could try one of those rountines (not so newbie friends):

a) Focus more in length
5~10 min jelq
20 min pump (5-6hg)
5-10 min jelq
20 min pump (5-6hg)

b) Focus more in pack the tube
5~6hg for 30~50 minutes.

c) Focus more in EQ
Pump 5 min at 5hg
Pump 2 min at 6hg
Release to 1~2hg for 45 seconds
reapeat 4x.

d) Find what is the best for you =)

Everything depends for how long are you pumping……
