I’d like to know if anyone has gained by pumping at low pressures, for long durations without maintaining a full erection all the time. e.g. 1-3 hours at 2-3 Hg

I managed to gain mainly girth by pumping at 5hg for 1 hour, 3 times per week but ended up with a discoloured shaft which is taking ages to fade. I learnt that pumping at low pressures eliminates the discolouration risk but when I tried it, I had difficulty maintaining a strong erection because I was used to that stretching feeling that adds sensation to my sessions. Even when I jerk the tube and kegel, I just lose interest which makes my dick go limp.

I’ve read many posts about clamping which is considered by many to be the best way of gaining girth, I tried it and was suprised that the erection quickly subsides but remains engorged. This is kind of what happens in the vacuum tube (if the porn isn’t working). I was wondering if maintaining this vacuum induced erection is enough to achieve gains if it is maintained over several hours.

Was just searching and reading up on this same issue, would like to get some thoughts on it as well.

Yes you will gain. My first year of pumping when I grew an inch I was at about 60-70 percent erect. Why I advocate being erect is I tend to exceed my BPEL much faster and it significantly reduces the lymph induced donut.

I dont know too much about pumping only that guys use it to get super hard then come out for some manuals. What’s the recommended pumping time a few minutes right? Then you do some ulis or just squeezing before you go back in for some more pumps. I dont know how many times you can repeat that though hydro pumps are supposed to be intense.

I have experienced what you mean about staying erect but I was wondering if I was wasting my time pumping on those days when my dick wasn’t interested in staying hard, I think that I’ll start pumping again to see what happens.

Did you also gain 1” girth during your first year?

I think you’ll be just fine. Pay close attention to the donut. No harmful affects but in my opinion it doesn’t look good.

I grew an inch my first year of pumping which if I recall was about 4-6 months after I started PE.

I have severe diabetic induced ED so I never have a full erection. I have been pumping for five years and gained about 1” in EG. For first four years, I pumped twice a day for 20 minutes each at 5 hg. After one year, I substituted in one session at 4 hg for 45 minutes. After four years, I reduced sessions to once a day but still include one. 45 minute session at 4 hg.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I pump at 1.5-2.5 in/hg for 45 minutes daily. I only get mild fluid buildup. I go in flaccid every time and don’t bother trying to maintain an erection. Just pump up slowly if you’re going to do this. It takes a lot more out of your dick if you pump up fast going in with a lot of room to grow.

I only pump these days and I have been seeing gains with low vacuum low EQ pumping. It’s also great for improving your EQ. Mine has gone through the roof since I started this routine.

Yesterday evening I pumped for one hour without achieving a full erection.

The vacuum expanded by dick to between 80 and 90% erect, the harder periods were due to quickly jerking the tube and kegelling.
I have to say that it is much easier than trying to stay hard but I find it hard to believe that growth will occur because my size in the vacuum looks much smaller than my fully erect size, and there are no stretching sensations.

I’ll keep at it for several months to see what happens, the goal of pumping is to artificially simulate priapism, so just keeping a semi for several hours should work, and as G263 mentioned it might help my EQ over time.

Consistency is the key to great results so I have added jelqing to my routine until my EQ gets back to full power.

If you have a way to try it, you should test water pumping. You don’t get the same vacuum pressure in the way you do with air but if you can keep some amount of erection then the “wall” of water will hold back lymph from building up as badly.

From what I have read on several threads, I am convinced that jelqing plays some roll in the process of growth.

I’ll see how jelqing goes for a few months and then decide whether to buy a Bathmate. Everyone raves about them, so It sounds like a good addition to my equipment collection (which is getting rather big).

I should probably avoid manual stretches on pumping days, they seem to reduce my EQ for an hour or two. Stretching before jelqing seems to work well though, I maintain the perfect hardness for jelqing.
