Hello. I’ve recently decided to try PE again. I purchased a pump and have read numerous posts as well as the Pumpers 101 post. My question to experienced pumpers is: I have extremely limited time due to family, work, etc, and was curious if anyone have made solid gains utilizing ONE session per day while progressively increasing time, etc? It’s impossible for me to get in two or three sessions per day. Any advice or past experiences would be appreciated. Thanks

Most of us only pump one session per day. I can’t remember if I ever did even two in one day but I probably tried it.

Thanks, avocet. Maybe I misunderstood your posts. I thought it was three separate sessions. You must have meant 3x10 min sessions (for example) at one time with small breaks in between.

That’s correct Rads. A 3X10 min session would all be done in one sitting usually with 3-5 minutes of jelqing or massage in-between pump sets, to re-oxygenate blood flow and help cement results. I also like to finish my session by putting on a cock ring and doing an erect massage for an additional 10-15 minutes.

And, ending PE with a firm erection assures that you have not overdone some aspect of your routine. Further, if sex becomes an opportunity later, even with yourself, you will very likely be up for it rather than beaten up by your workout previously.

Has anyone here ever tried a short pumping session right before going to sleep? Something along the lines of a warm up then 10 minutes jelq before pumping, 1x10-15 min pump, then 5-10 minute jelq to finish off.

Ive done it only a few times before but my nocturnal/morning erections feel huge after a night session. Its also not lymph filled cause that short of a session has never been enough to get the lymph goin so my erections are rock solid when I wake up.

I am doing all of my workouts in the afternoon now to get the same effect. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but it’s almost like getting a PE workout while you sleep as every nocturnal erection is maxed out. I think in the long run it will be excellent for cementing gains faster.

I have been experimenting along those lines myself.

I find if I jelque or pump first thing in the morning, using morning “wood”, it seems that my unit is prewarmed and stretched.

If I pump before bed, many times the nite and morning wood is improved also.

These times of the day seem to take advantage of our natural cycles.

If I get it right, I will have a longer fuller flaccid during the day.

When these are all in line, growth occurs! Mostly because it is indicating the right amount of PE to stimulate without over stressing.

By the way, I am beginning to think kagels can also increase size.

Since I have gotten my kagels down to an excellent routine, my erections are much harder for a longer period of time.

This in itself should have a PE effect, or at least a cementing effect.

Ditto with nite wood. Harder erections at nite for longer periods of time should help with expansion, or at least the “cementing” process!

Amen to that. I always kegel in the pump as well as doing tube jelqing. This slightly off topic, but man…I dont understand why guys who pump get weaker erections. Ever since I started a pumping routine my erections get ROCK solid. Course, I figure the kegels gotta help with that too.

On the night pumping, I think Ive read here that testosterone levels are highest in the penis during nocturnal erections, causing the maxed out erections. Im thinking this has to aid growth in some way.
