pumping question

I’ve always pumped a full package and got great results especially from the balls pumping up. After about an hour with breaks I would switch to the smaller tube for just the penis. Lately the last two sessions had hardly no results from the balls. Penis was normal. The only reason for no pump could be that I’ve become dehydrated from working so much outside. Any other experienced some as this or know what reason. Thanks.

I took a small foray into full package pumping and being very well hydrated
seems to improve results dramatically.

How long have you been at it and how noticeable was the difference?

Been at it for about 12 years or longer. Never seen anything like this. Difference was that the expansion was about 1/3 of what was normally seen.
