I tried posting in pumping but I’m too new to post there. Just wanted to share, pick up a leluv cylinder and a brake bleeder pump from autozone. And just for some background been doing the newbie routine for 5 months or so. With good results, just wanted to incorporate pumping.

Did my warm up, a little light stretching, 10 jelqs then got ready for the pump. Tried pumping at 3hg for 5 minutes. Came out nice and plump, then instant turtle. Gave it about 48 hrs and woke up with a really nice morning wood. Tried again, warmed up more, lighter stretching 10 jelqs, 5 minutes at 3hg. Same thing happened.

Should I try again when my flaccid and erections bounce back, or is pumping just not for me? Thanks vets for any advice you guys might have.

You need to slow it down man. You went from never having applied vacuum to your penis to doing it two days in a row. That might be fine for some guys, not for everyone. I personally can’t PE more often than every third day without extreme fatigue and skin issues (except for hanging). Whatever other PE techniques you’ve done, pumping is a different kind of stimulus. Also, make sure you ease yourself up to the level you’re aiming for. It’s not just “pump-pump-pump-OK I’m at the right level stop”. You should pump slowly to the level. Each individual pumping motion should be gradual, never as though you’re inflating a balloon or something. Also, are you 100 percent erect before entering the tube? I recommend this.

Let me see, 5 minutes at 3”hg and you already think pumping is not for you. I don’t even think you have started pumping yet and are not even close to becoming conditioned to a brand new experience for your cock. Pumping is not something to fear, it is something to enjoy. It feels good and looks good. I think it is best to start aroused and end aroused.

I watch porn when I pump. I enter the tube with an erection and after my session I put on an elastic cock ring to maintain my post pump size and continue with either edging or masturbating for 5 to 10 minutes.

5 minutes isn’t going to do anything as far as making improvements goes. It is also not going to hurt you especially at only 3”hg. To start making lasting results you have to eventually work up to 15, then 20, 25 and then 30 minute continuous sessions.

So to start, go for two 5 minute sessions at 3”hg. Start with an erection and try to maintain your erection with massage during a short break between sets. End the pump session with further edging or masturbating to enjoy your post pump results that at this point will not be very impressive if anything at all. At this conditioning stage I would say pump 2 or 3 days on and 1 day off.

After a couple of days increase by pumping for 10 minutes straight @ 3”hg. Then after a couple of more days go for 15 minutes continuous @ 3”hg. After getting used to that, start your 15 minute sessions by spending half the time @ 3”hg and the remainder @ 4”hg. After you get used to that, make your next increase to your 15 minute sessions by spending the first 5 minutes @ 3”hg, the next 5 @ 4”hg and the last 5 @ 5”hg. Now you are getting into the fully conditioned stage. The thing that remains the same for all pump workouts is start with an erection and end with an erection.

After all of this, you can begin getting into true size increases by working up to the before mentioned continuous session times of 20 then 25 and eventually 30 minutes. Keep 5”hg your max pressure for the first couple of months and by then, you will know enough about pumping to start exploring higher pressures and your own routine style.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Patch thanks for advice, and I know I went a little too quick with the progressive days, but I’ve taken your advice and done one on one off, watching my PI’s. Also I’ve been going up .5 hg every minute or two based on feel.

GPrent thank for the help, taking the time to write out that routine start up is greatly appreciated, and after a week of pumping like you recommended I’m having great PI’s, obviously no growth yet, but flaccid hang post pump and erections are on point. Hopefully as time progresses and conditioning improves I’ll see some gains. Thank you all for helping me give pumping another shot.
