No.

Nothing is a sure fire way to growth for everyone. Pumping works for some more than others just like any other routine which can be more benifical to some than others.

It worked well for me. Can’t guarantee it will work well for you. Depends on your dick and the pumping routine you decide to use

Too many variables. It’s worked for me for girth not much for length but that’s what pumping is a girth exercise

Nothing is more effective than a well honed newbie routine in your first year of PE

Been at the newbie routine about 3 months now. 2-5 times a week.

Thinking about investing in a pump in a month or two to add to my workout….

We have a large content and tons of reports regarding the pumping and equipment components. Give them a good read before make your decision.

Be aware that pumping could turn out to be very addictive.

Lenny is right and it was, is addictive to me

Jelqing and stretching are good supplemental techniques for a good pumping routine.

It is hard to go wrong with the newbie routine. I know early on you have the newbie excitement running through your veins thinking you can grow your penis 2-3 inches overnight but you have to find ways to subdue those thoughts and exercise some caution. The male penis grows slowly, over time with consistent and considered practices and good sleep/rest for healing.

Build up your newbie routine to 4-5 days per week and 30-40 minutes per day, gauge your response and see if you have room to get more intense or not. Your aim isn’t to break your dick but to nurture it, nourish it, grow it and make it incredibly powerful. It can be your greatest friend if developed right and P.E. Is the right place for that BUT patience is key.

You don’t have to listen to me, you have free will brother, but before you rush into pumping and other advanced P.E. Techniques, take the time to read through the injury section to see and read what happens when we forget about patience and listening to the feedback from our ‘best friend’ ;)

I like pumping because 1) it’s easy and 2) your dick gets bigger immediately (well, after 10 mins). It’s addictive because you see the potential for how big your dick can get and you just keep doing it. I do it every time I shower for a few minutes. Overdoing it can 1) destroy your erection quality (EQ) and 2) damage your skin. I recently jelqed after years of pumping only and I got a big improvement in EQ. I also take a bunch on supplements.
